What To Expect
Lokrum Island
Island of Lokrum, known for its rich history, botanic garden and crystal-clear waters, Lokrum is one of Dubrovnik’s natural jewels. During the ride, you will visit the impressive Pigeon Cave, a natural rock formation carved by the sea over centuries, where the echo of waves creates a unique atmosphere. You will also stop in Portoč Bay, a peaceful and sheltered part of the island, perfect for swimming in clear, refreshing water. Local professional skipper will tell you a lot of historical stories about island which only domestic people are familiar with.
After exploring Lokrum, the tour heads toward the popular St. Jakov beach, one of Dubrovnik’s most scenic and photographed beaches. Here you can enjoy swimming beneath the dramatic cliffs, relax on the sandy beach, or have a drinks or meal at the beach restaurant and coffee bar. This stop is ideal for guests who want a balance of swimming, relaxation and stunning views of the Old Town skyline in the distance.

5.00I was recommended to Mato by a friend who had recently came back from Dubrovnik. I reached out to him a month before our trip and he was extremely helpful and flexible with my request. I let him know that we wanted to at least include a sunset ride back and he was able to create an itinerary for the 6 hours we were on the boat. He also set us up a reservation for a restaurant at island Lopud for us, it was super delicious and cool! He took us to the Sandy Beach and Blue Cave, and answered all our questions we had about Dubrovnik. So cool to be able to learn from a local. I highly recommend choosing Mato as your skipper, he won't let you down!

5.00My wife and I had a wonderful boat trip along the Croatian coast. We got the chance to relax on a beach and enjoy a swim, while our guide Mato patiently waited for us. He also shared many interesting stories and historical insights about Dubrovnik, which made the trip even more special. Definitely an experience worth having

5.00We had great 2 hour Sunset Tour around Lokrum Island! Mato was a great skipper with excellent knowledge of the island and area. He pulled up to one of the swimming areas on Lokrum so the kids could swim over and jump off the cliffs. Couldn't have been a better last evening in Dubrovnik!

5.00The highlight of our family trip! We choose the 2hour boat trip with Matt and it was perfect duration for our young girls (4yrs, 6yrs) . Matt was great to communicate with before the tour. We visited some great spots and the highlight for us was jumping off the boat into the water and the girls loved using the snorkels & floaties that Matt provided. The visit to St Jacob beach was stunning. Thanks Matt, we really really enjoyed the trip. Thank you. We can see that you love being out on the water- thanks for sharing that with us.

5.00This was the highlight of my group’s graduation trip to Croatia!! We did the two hour tour of Lokrum island, Betina Cave, and some other special gems along the way. Mato was an awesome guide and provided us with drinks on board as well! We loved our afternoon swimming in the beautiful Croatian water!!
