The Citadella is the fortification located upon the top of Gellért Hill in Budapest, Hungary. Citadella is the Hungarian word for citadel, a kind of fortress. The word is exclusively used by other languages to refer to the Gellért Hill citadel which occupies a place which held strategic importance in Budapest's military history. 5.00Today we went on tour with DAVID! He was kind, quick and super accommodating- even willing to help us out some personal plans but calling for me to make sure I didn’t waste time going a place that was closed. He was informative and even in cold weather kept us warm And cozy with blankets and delicious tea! The tour was awesome and great for families!! We are 5 people with children around age 10,8, and 4! Everyone had a great time!!!

Our driver, Jon, was absolutely fantastic! So friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the city. The blankets and hot tea also went down a treat! Not to be missed. 5.00This is an amazing experience. It was a great way to see the city. Our tour guide was the owner and grew up in the city. His English was great and he was able to share tips for us! I recommend the tour. You could comfortably sit 4-6 people.
