It's a hands on cooking adventure. Guess get to eat what they cook on site. All recipes are of local cuisine using fruits and ingredients of the season. The session consist if a three-meal course

5.00We made something like chicken sweet and sour. And as a dessert, something like a milk pudding with mango cream on it. It was a nice experience. Also got a nice video as a reminder.

5.00It was a pleasure to meet Nafizah and learn new recipes in her cooking class. Thank you so much for the wonderful time and the excellent guidance of our son. He had a lot of fun, too! The video, which we received afterwards, is so great and will be a fantastic memory! 😁🥰

5.00If you like cooking curry at home then this will interest you. Our lady Muslim host was most congenial and she showed us how to build layers of flavour in her dishes. This is not the same as restaurant cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed it. 11/10.

5.00Wow !! Well where do I start ... the beautiful Nafizah made myself and step mum feel so welcome , nothing was to much. Nafizah prepared something for us to eat to try whilst she was putting the last bits together (we turned up early ) She gave us juice made with basil seeds this was so refreshing !! The meal: Zafizah helps us prepare 3 different things starter,mains and desert All of which were so tasty. We learnt how to make the best Mauritius curry for the main meal At the end we sat in the garden where we enjoyed everything we cooked . To top the day off (booked as a treat for my mum for her 70th birthday) Zafizah brought out the most beautiful birthday cake , my stepmother was over joyed . I'd like to thank Zafizah once again and I'm hoping to produce this curry once I'm home for a dinner party and for the husband Clare xx

5.00We had a fantastic fun time learning about local Mauritius food and cooking. Nafizah was very knowledgable and helpful and guided us throughout the whole process. We all participated in the cooking and we enjoyed the delicious food we cooked while sitting in her garden terrace. Excellent value too. Highly recommend to book this experience if you are in Mauritius.

3.00In general, we can recommend this cooking course. A cooking class always brings us closer to culture, food culture. Also the use of regional products, to learn what there are and how they are processed. Different types of preparation with the respective spices we could also learn. It was a nice round we ate in the garden, the ambience is very nice, the food very delicious. But now I have to say that this was not the best, but also not the worst cooking class for us. I lacked the vegetables, which I think should be integrated into every cooking class. Just to keep the participants busy, because we spent a lot of time sitting around. It was nice that we could talk to the other participants, but we didn't pay that price for that, I can do that in the evening in a bar. At first everything seemed well structured and prepared. But that subsided, because too many things were already finished, we could do only little ourselves. She also disappeared again and again and we sat around in four. I think we could reconsider the process here. A nice idea is the little video at the end. Only I am not a Tiktok user, so the quality and the musical background confused me a lot. We are used to taking a small recipe booklet with us after a cooking class, the recipes were then only available on WhatsApp and in a link. It's a shame. For the price we expected a little more.

5.00My partner and I did the class over the weekend, and it was great. Nazfizah is an engaging teacher ensuring everyone is getting involved. And the best thing...you get to eat what you've cooked! We are looking forward to making the curry again when we get home.

5.00We had great hours in Nafizah's cooking class - she is warm, entertaining and super attentive. We could even prepare the typical chilli paste on request. This cooking class is a "must do" in Mauritius.
