What To Expect

Classes will be given for only small groups and they can be customize for participants requirements: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, kosher, halal, etc. We will could and dine together. The class is up to 8 people, if you´re at least 4 and you prefer the class "very private" please let us know, no extra charge.

The best gift to give to your partner! I gave my boyfriend a class of pasta in two and it was a beautiful and fun experience. Saul is a love, he explains with a lot of patience and dedication. I highly recommend it! The cuisine is divine, adds a lot to the experience. Thank you very much Saul!

We loved cooking with Saul. The food was great and he was fun and easy to talk to. The class is held in his apartment which is cozy and has a cool vibe. I honestly think the empanadas and steak were some of the best we had in Argentina.

One of the best experiences I’ve had. I had an incredible time. The place is beautiful—the music, the vibe, the art on the walls… everything feels like a 10 right from the start. But then you sit down to talk with Saul, and it’s just amazing. He’s such a fun and friendly person, and it’s a real pleasure to chat with him while he teaches you how to cook (in our case, pasta from scratch). He shares all these interesting little facts that make the experience even better. The pasta turned out incredible, and we enjoyed it together over great conversation. Honestly, it was a magical evening. Saul is not only an excellent chef and teacher, but also a fantastic host and conversationalist. We’ll definitely be back as soon as we can. Thank you, Saul!

My family really enjoyed this cooking lesson and food tasting with Saul. He made us feel very welcome and was a pleasure to learn from and talk to. He's very knowledgeable and patient and makes the class very fun and informative. We can't recommend this class enough if visiting Argentina and want to learn how to cook authentic local cuisine!

We went to learn how to make pasta and absolutely loved it! Saúl is an amazing teacher—super patient and experienced. He explains every detail and answers all your questions. And don’t even get me started on the dishes we made… they were so easy yet insanely delicious. We’re definitely going to keep practicing and come back as more experienced pasta-makers to keep learning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our cooking lesson and meal hosted by Saul! With great instruction and assistance from Saul, we prepared a delicious meal of beef empanadas, ribeye with roasted potatoes and chimichurri, and dolce de leche ice cream. This was all accompanied with great Argentinian wine and engaging conversation. I would highly recommend joining Saul for an evening with your family and/or friends!

It was a fantastic and unique experience. You get the feeling to taste an original and homemade Argentinian dish which is prepared in a simple and delicious way, which makes it possible to reproduce at home. Saul is a warm hearted and entertaining host that makes you feel welcome and at home. Like you are cooking with a friend.
