What To Expect

Great for a family day out, a valentines treat or team building. What we'll do: Deer park tour and photography experience. Have a chance to walk through our deer park and photograph the deer. We have Red and Fallow deer which can be frequently seen and photographs. This 1.5 hour tour will include an introduction to British wild deer and a deer park tour. Good waterproof shoes are recommended. The nature of the park is a space for wild animals and the tour is not suitable for people with impaired mobility or very young children. Tours generally run at 3pm each day. Contact us before for alternative times.

Bought this as a present for my wife and it was great. The man that took us round had the perfect level of chit chat and comfortable quiet and was very knowledgeable. Took us in a circular walk around the grounds pointing out the deer and explaining about them. At the end he brought out food and the deer came really close to eat. Lasted about an hour and we had a really lovely time. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing visit to the deer park. Our guide was so knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our visit memorable. He fetched food so the deer would come up close. It was incredible to be so close to wild animals. We went with very little knowledge of deer but came away as experts.

Me,my mum and daughter attended the tour on Sunday, and although very muddy,we enjoyed every second of it. Tour guide is such a friendly and knowledgable person, and really made the experience enjoyable for us. Even let me take home a skull we came across along the walk,which I was made up with! definitely recommend and would love to come back in better weather.

A gentle walk through stunning countryside with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide whilst surrounded by wild deer. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning later on this year.
Fab experience but don't wear your best trainers!

We has a great time on the deer tour. Eddie was really informative and being surrounded by the deers and stags at the end was a fab experience. The walk around the farm was muddy and slippy and thankfully we came prepared..but a tip would be not to wear your best trainers.

I was looking for a special gift for my best friends 50th Birthday! She absolutely loves deer so when this popped up I did some reseach and contacted the hosts. Both Monika and Eddie were so helpful and friendly right from the start. We ended up with not just a tour of the park, amazing grounds and meet & greet with the beautiful deer but with so much information, stories in a friendly and relaxed manner. Monika and Eddie also went above and beyond by providing is with accommodation, a beautiful locally sourced champagne hamper with the most picturesque picnic spot on their terrace with views of the deer at sunset and with their beautiful dogs as company! It really couldn't have been any better so thank you very much for going above and beyond in making the weekend so special. Highly recommend this experiece it's a wonderful way to spend an afternoon!
