This unique class is the only private chocolate-making experience open to families in Paris! Experience a professional lab with content and instruction that has been tailored to suit the needs and ages of your children.
Much more than a demo, every member of the family will get to participate and learn real skills that can be repeated at home to create all sorts of fun chocolate items.
As this is a private activity, we are also happy to accommodate any food allergies or other needs.

What To Expect
In this exciting hour of action-packed chocolate fun, you and your family will work with your own private Chocolatier to create special treats designed for children and families to enjoy together. Imagine a gourmet hollow chocolate egg filled with mendiants that your family has created and decorated themselves! You will also leave with impressive Eiffel Tower chocolate lollipops, everything packaged up by you and your 'brigade,' ready to take home in beautiful Edwart gift bags. You will also have the pleasure of tasting several of Edwart's signature bonbons, according to each individual's tastes and interests. There is a minimum age of 6 years old to enter the workshop. Unfortunately our space is not adapted to babies and toddlers. *Note that our schedule changes frequently and bookings are possible through many outlets. Therefore, please be sure to verify that your booking request has been accepted and confirmed!

5.00I was very excited to find this experience. I personally LOVE chocolate but I also wanted to find something that would engage my kids in Paris. They had walked every where and seen every tourist attraction and this was such a nice change. my kids 13, 10,8 and absolutely LOVED this and when we asked at the end of our trip what was a highlight for you this was one of the highlights. Our istructor was so patient with them and kind too. My husband and I got very into the details of the cacao plants and the process of going from the pods off the tree to the chocolate you eat. While our Chocolate set, they had us do a chocolate tasting where you get to taste the interesting and complex flavors they have created. For me, the more exotic the better. They had an award winning curry and sea salt one that is my absolute favorite. At the end we got take our chocolate home with us. It was an insanely hot day in Paris and they were so kind to help us pack the chocolate in cold packs so it would make it back to our hotel without melting. I also had to buy myself a box of their chocolates. So good! I HIGHLY reccomend doing this class.

5.00This was such a fun and different thing to do while in Paris! The whole team was great, but Krishna, the chocolatier, really stood out. He had such a great vibe, kept the energy up, and was super helpful with tips and techniques. He definitely made the experience more fun and something we could actually learn from. While our praline was cooling, we got to taste a range of different chocolates, which was a nice bonus. The host for that part was awesome too—she picked out chocolates based on what each of us liked, which made it feel really personal.

We slipped into the shoes of a chocolate maker by making our Leader chocolate creations with a pleasant team of friendly and passionate PRO "professors" by participating in the private "FUN" workshop. You will come out of this original enriched and for sure "Expert" chocolate experience with recipes, tips and knowledge...

5.00Mmmmm chocolate. If you want to learn how to make chocolate covered caramels, sign up for this workshop. My family had a great time learning and tasting our treats. Our class was taught by two American instructors who were a joy to work with. We learned a lot and made delicious treats to take home. We did everything from making the caramel to filling the molds. It was so much fun. They offer workshops for all ages. We even sampled some chocolate before we started.
