A private best of D-day tour for seven. From the moment Gwen picked us up to the time he dropped us off, he shared a wealth of knowledge about WWII, the allies, the Germans, the battles and the people. Made it come alive for all of us. One of the best tours any of us have ever taken. Highly recommend if you want to learn about the events. Gwen also steered us to good restaurants and places to visit for the rest of our stay in Normandy.

From the moment Gwen picked us up, he shared interesting stories about the region and the different locations we visited. He connected the dots, answered all of our questions, helped really get a feel for WWII, d-day and beyond. Even after 8 hours, we were still intently listening to his stories. SO knowledgeable and we couldn’t have asked for more. Gwen also provided us with great recommendations for other Normandy areas to visit and restaurants to try out.

Yannick was an amazing guide for our private tour. He was knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating the entire time we were with him. I cannot describe in words how amazing this tour was. Day one was Monet and day two was the Normandy beach tour. I highly recommend the private tour with Yannick. He even made the tour desirable for our 7 year old daughter. You have to book with him if you want the complete experience.

Sophie was an excellent tour guide. She promptly picked us up in a beautiful, comfortable van, and spent a full day with great information, details and a booklet to share pictures and maps. She made the day very fun and memorable!

We took a private tour as a family of four with two kids ages 11 and 10. Our guide Yannick was extremely knowledgeable and a gifted storyteller. He shared anecdotes that brought a human element to the events of D-Day, the Battle of Normandy and WWII. He was able to relate with our children and keep them engaged across multiple sites over the course of nearly 8 hours together. If establishing a strong rapport with your tour guide is important then I would highly recommend Yannick and this company.

Wanted to take a second to sing Sophie's praises. My family and I could not have asked for a more friendly, knowledgeable guide for our Band of Brothers tour Saturday, May 31st. Coming in not knowing exactly what to expect, this tour could not have been any more informative. At the very beginning of the tour, Sophie asked if there was anything in particular we wanted to see. She probably wanted to kick herself after asking the question with the number things that I wanted her to show us and cover. By the end of the end of the tour, Sophie had taken us to every single place on my list. I am a WWII enthusiast and like to think I know a little about D-Day. On one hand I did know some things that Sophie covered but she sure opened my eyes up to so much more that I did not know. Sophie's ability to produce photos from back in 1945 of soldiers standing in the same exact spot where we were at that moment could not have made the tour more realistic. Sophie had a smile on her face 100% of the time we were with her. The only time she wasn't smiling was when she was communicating. So thank you very much for setting us up with Sophie for the day. We could not have asked for anything more from a guide. Sophie is a huge asset to your team. She is GREAT!!! Thank you! Mike Carlson

A private day tour with HQ Company for an association blind people from Finistère. Departure at 9:00 am from our accommodation in a very comfortable van, a Mickaël driver/guide, excellent guide who knows the history of Normandy and the details of D-Day, it is impressive... and especially of a kindness towards people with disabilities. We learned so much about the different sites visited that this day will remain UNFORGETTABLE as well as Mickaël!!
