What To Expect
Wadi Bani Khalid
We will depart Muscat at early morning then we will continue to Wadi Bani Khalid from there we will have easy walk to reach the water pools and you can have a swim with clear and crystal water. Then after that we will continue to wahiba Sands Desert. SWIMWEAR CODE: For ladies they must wear t shirt and short under the knees.
Wahiba Sands
After Wadi Bani Khalid we will go to Wahiba sands desert from there you can visit the Bedouin Family, drink coffee with them and you can ride a camel (OPTIONAL) then watch the sunset. Then after that back to Muscat. Wahiba Sands desert is a highlight of any trip to Oman. The impressive orange sand dunes offer a unique experience, especially at sunrise and sunset.

5.00This was one of our favorite experiences in the Middle East. Jihad was a first rate tour guide and covered the history, geography and cultural aspects of Muscat and Oman in great detail. He is a tremendous ambassador for the country and is rightly proud of all its achievements. We covered so much in the time we spent with Jihad - the tour spanned so many areas and we learned so much thanks to him. It is difficult to pick out a highlight from the tour simply because there are so many - the Grand mosque, the Opera, beaches, Forts, palaces, government buildings, the Ritz, the Marina and the Souk. An Unforgettable experience that will live long in our memories. Thank you so much to Jihad - he is a superb guide.

Jihad guided us to so many amazing places, including special local spots we never would have found on our own. It felt authentic, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated from start to finish. A 10/10 experience—I highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Muscat!

5.00We spent the day with Abdul on this tour, and it was a great experience. His knowledge of the locations we visited was top-notch, with plenty of insider tips. Knowing where to go and how to avoid crowds was especially helpful. As with any great tour, we learned a lot, this time thanks to Abdul. His easy laugh and pleasant demeanour made the day zip past. Unfortunately, we didn't get a sunset in the desert on this day, but we made the best of it, and still had an enjoyable time. This was a tour I can highly recommend.

5.00We just came back from an amazing tour of Wadi Beni Khalid and the Wahiba sands with Star Tours. Our guide Khalid was great, super chill and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, even taking us up to some lesser known spots on the dunes to get the perfect sunset pictures. 10/10 would recommend.

5.00I had a private tour with Ali and it was one of the best experiences in Oman. We drove into the desert, met the camels, and got to ride one across the sand dunes. Ali also brought us to a traditional tent for tea and a short break. He always made sure we were safe and comfortable. Wonderful guide!

5.00Our trip with Muneer to see Wahiba Sands Desert and Wadi Bani Khalid was incredible and was the highlight of our trip. Muneer picked us up on time from our hotel, he was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. On our long 3 hour journey to the Wadi he spent time taking to us about the Omani history and culture. He made sure we were always comfortable making sure we had enough water and food throughout and made necessary bathroom stops along the way. He always gave us the time and space to explore by ourselves in the Wadi and the desert while explaining the history of each place. He showed us the best spots for photos and took time out to take incredible photos of us. Finally a very memorable and unexpected touch was during our visit to our final stop in the desert for sunset Muneer provided us traditional Omani clothing for our photos. It was such a thoughtful and unique gesture that made the end of the day truly special. On our way back to Muscat he dropped us at a very nice area upon our request for a nice place to have dinner.
