5.00The experience was amazing! Although we weren’t lucky enough to witness the full Aurora Borealis, we did get a glimpse of it, which was still breathtaking. I highly recommend this experience. Everything was fantastic—from the well-organized tour to the knowledgeable guides who made the trip even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was magical, and the journey itself was unforgettable. If you ever get the chance, don’t miss it!

5.00Very nice experience, with delicious food in the igloo. A fast-paced ride through the snow and absolutely no other tourists. Unfortunately we were not lucky with the Northern Lights and it was also mega cold -26 degrees that evening, but the operators were extremely friendly and always tried to offer us an unforgettable experience.

5.00It was a unique experience. Beautiful location, delicious food and exceptional service, from the transfer, to the care at dinner and, in addition, the drive through the snow-covered forest. Our guide (thank You, Ruslav) turned out to be a cultured and kind man who had a lot of knowledge about the surrounding area, the animals that live there and phenomena such as the aurora. It all added up to an unforgettable evening. Thank you for this! We strongly and sincerely recommend this attraction

1.00We booked this evening for the New Year because we had to snowmobile for you the Northern Lights before dining under a bubble. Comments are often subjective, but I insist on writing this one, because there are institutions whose practices must be denounced. "2 broccoli, 2 asparagus, 2 brussels sprouts and a paving stone of salmon" here is our meal for the 31st. the waitress does not know her menu, there are no drinks offered on the menu , we offer you a red wine liqueur for 70 euros (it is the low-end wine that is found at 7 euros in the nearby supermarket. ) the problem is not that the meal, it is mainly the attitude of the staff, it was New Year's Eve and the staff was present to party (surely) we were pressed from the moment we arrived, we do not snowmobile but go-karting on a track of 100 meters, so to make you wait because the table is not ready. when you are at the table, the waitress brings the dishes without clearing the old plates (we had it for her) you must eat your dessert in 2 minutes (I am not kidding ) because they take you on a lake 50 meters to see a fireworks (the boxes that are found at tobacco for 30 euros) I ask if I can finish my dessert after the fireworks (of 1 minute 50) and they answer "but you must go now" I am surprised but the staff replies that it is the evening is over! no toilet either when we ask! in short we paid 235 euros per person to eat raw vegetables, in an atmosphere where we were pressed and lied about the activities. They receive the people at the chain, we will have spent less than 2 hours on site making us understand that at 7:45 p.m. it is late, and that we must go home. SCAM! the or plenty of establishments go to the trouble of doing things right, this one does not respect tourists.

5.00My mother and I booked this experience during our stay in Rovaniemi to have a different dinner experience than a regular restaurant and it was wonderful! after our wonderful meal we were taking on a snowmobile ride through the forest protected inside of a clear box so that we weren't cold. Afterwards we took a walk on the frozen lake and saw the northern lights and the sky was peppered with stars! I highly recommend this experience especially if you're looking for something romantic. My mother and I joked that probably alot of people would propose in the igloos :)

4.00Fantastic experience. Great food and amazing snowmobile ride. Slightly rushed and wasn’t explained what was happening, the lights weren’t forecast (which of course can’t be controlled) but think it changed the experience and that wasn’t communicated. Snow mobiles for kids was listed but wasn’t offered. Candles are around the igloo and my mums jacket set on fire, terrible accident but one to consider when sitting with lots of candles around. Would recommend for sure.

1.00Kids did not get the mini snow mobile on the frozen lake as stated and promised by the guide to my kids, and we paid a little over $3k for 4 adults and 2 kids. Certainly disappointing esp for the kids

1.00Booked northern light, Igloo dinner and finally ice lake fishing on 1 Jan 25. Can't see the Northern light at 30 Dec, but that is happneing all the time. THe guy promised my 4 kids can have a snowmobile drive on the ice lake on 31 Dec after we finsihed our Igloo Dinner to compensate , but make up another excuse till Jan 1. On Jan 1 , the driver was late for 20 mins to pick up for ice lake fishing , when we complained about this to the driver, the driver was not happy and kicked our family total of 2 adult , 5 kids out of the car and the outside tempertaure is -14c. Be aware of making booking to this company. My family holiday schedule in Rovaniemi was ruined by this company.

5.00From the minute we were picked up we knew we were in for an amazing night. Our guide, Rouselan (sorry if I spelled it incorectly) was wonderful and very informative. We went in early December and luckily had seen the Northern Lights on our first night in Finland. We knew we probably wouldn't see them as it was an overcast evening,, and Rouselan explained this to us. As we pulled up to our locatioin it was truly magical. The igloos were warm and beautiful. While my daughter and I aren't big fish eaters, we tried everything. My husband was thrilled to have what we wouldn't eat, lol. Everything was beautifully presented and explained to us. We then went out on the snowmobiles and had a perfect evening.
