Stand Up Paddleboarding, also known as SUP, is a fun and relaxing activity that mostly everyone can do and it's perfect for those who are looking to learn a new skill and get out on the open water to spend some quality time with their family & friends!
After spending a few times on the board, you can join our Sunrise Sup tours and paddle in the early morning while watching the sun rises over rhe Mediterranean Sea.

What To Expect
After a short theoretical lesson on land about the equipment, the safety rules, and the correct way to position yourself on the board, you will learn and practice SUP on the water with our instructor. The duration of the lesson is 30 minutes (with an instructor) and then you have 60 minutes to paddle by yourselves. 1.5 hours in total *on the same day. After this lesson, you will be able to paddle and maneuver the board safely by yourself. We provide you with an impact surface vest if you wish so and with wetsuits if the water is not so warm. We offer lessons for adults as well as kids from the age of 7. After spending a few hours on the SUP board, you could then join our Sunrise Tours. We meet 1 hour before the sunrise and paddle 1 km away from the shore to watch the spectacular view of the sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea!

5.00York and Margarita ,the owners are a absolutely fantastic! Genuinely nice people. York is super professional and very thorough. He taught me how to stand up paddle for the first time, I enjoyed it so much I returned the following day to go out and paddle on my own (: Also, his staff is top nouch! I met Chris on the first day, such a nice guy. He was so helpful and friendly! If you love the ocean and open waters, don't think twice, Book a lesson with Windsurf City. You won't regret it!

5.00This was my first ever paddle lesson, I think its is a really nice activity! It is in a really beautiful part of the Larnaka beach as well. The instructor was very calm and explained everything very clearly and after paddling together, he gives enough time to go paddle alone. I recommend this experience! (I did have muscle pain for 2 days in my upper legs :p )

5.00The best place in Larnaca to have fun, enjoy the sandy beach but also learn useful skills on SUP and windsurf. Perfect conditions for both depending on the time of the day (early morning SUP, windsurf after 11-12 AM - and SUP with windy conditions extremely fun and my favourite!). The crew , Georg, Maggie and Chris are highly trained and skilled. In parallel they are awesome people, friendly, polite and willing to ensure the best time for both newcomers and experienced. Always with a pure smile in their face! A must place if you are into SUP, windsurf and watersports in general.
Great - very professional but relaxed and look after your safely.

5.00After learning windsurfing at Windsurf City I thought SUP would be boring! I couldn't be more wrong! SUP offers so much more than standing and paddling :) And knowing how professional and knowledgeable the team is, I gave it a go. First of all, you get a different perspective and connection to the sea. It's the closest to walking on water. You can see the sea floor, even the world-class Zenobia shipwreck! Plus you get a full body workout without even realising it! The training team is fantastic, Jorg, Margarita and all staff really care: very serious about safe learning. Last by not least, the location and vibe at Windsurf City is very welcoming and enticing. Without being crowded you feel among friends, you can SUP , windsurf, swim , sunbathe and enjoy Cyprus hospitality all in one place. It doesn't get any better than these!
Best SUP experience with the most experienced instructors and best place to practice!

5.00It is so amazing when you find an activity which overcomes your original demand and becomes your passion! I couldn't have had the best instructor Margarita by myside to fulfill this magical experience. What can I say for the early SUP sunrises at their place accompanied with same pasionated people sharing same moments and astonished heartbreaking photos which the Windsurf City Cyprus always there to capture this "awesome shot". I would definitely recommend this place to everyone wishes to experience what I have already did and let photo speak from itself! Looking forward being in water again very soon!!

Jorg and Margaritas' professionalism, knowledge, enthusiasm and friendliness will make you want to be on the water all day. Windsurf City provides a safe environment to learn something you will grow to love but also a place to chill after your lesson and make good friends. Good vibes all round!!!!
