You will be picked up by our English speaking guide at 0430hrs In the morning and transfer for a 2 hour’s drive to Musanze Ruhengeri the second largest town in Rwanda, with its spectacular view of five volcanic mountains –The virungas . Continue to kinigi Headquarters to meet your guides for the day. After completing our park formalities, we are embark in life for once in a lifetime experience for mountain Gorilla Trekking. later after the activity Transfer to Kigali.

An absolutely unforgettable experience. The gorilla trekking and safari were perfectly organized from the very beginning, upon arriving at the airport, we were welcomed and supported every step of the way, which made us feel completely at ease. Peterson was outstanding: always attentive, warm, and with an incredible attitude throughout the entire 5 days. We traveled alone, just a friend and I, and at all times we felt safe, cared for, and protected. I will definitely return with my family and would without a doubt do this experience again with them. I highly recommend it; it truly exceeds expectations.

It was the most amazing day. We got to see all 18 of our gorilla family and got up and close. The silverback even walked between us all. Most importantly frank our driver was the most amazing guy and gave us so much information on Rwanda. He helped us check in when we arrived and took us for lunch where he had organised a cake as it was my husbands birthday. On the way home he even took us to the shop as it had been such a long day.

I had an amazing time on the Trail Trek Africa tour and cannot recommend it enough. My tour guide, Patrick, was kind, helpful and answered all the questions I had about the trek and Rwanda in general! Honestly, I was unsure if it would be worth the cost when first purchasing the permit, and now I can confidently say the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

Great communication and information from Peterson from booking through to the day of the gorilla trek. Well organised with early morning pick up from my hotel in Kigali. Eric my driver guide was fantastic. Highly recommend. Fantastic day.
