Create your own Kanji art and take home a one-of-a-kind souvenir from Hiroshima.
This is a fully private calligraphy experience, reserved just for you and your group.
Enjoy the experience at your own pace.
The workshop takes place in a calm Japanese-style art studio, about a 15-minute walk from Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.
Using a high-quality calligraphy brush made in Hiroshima, you will learn the basics of shodō (Japanese calligraphy).
Next, we will translate your name or a meaningful word into Kanji together, explaining the meanings and choosing characters that suit you.
In the final stage, you will turn your calligraphy into an original item such as a T-shirt, fan, or accessory.
The Japanese-style interior is perfect for photos and ideal for couples, families, and solo travelers.
Duration: About 90 minutes
Location: 15-minute walk from Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park
You will leave with a unique piece of Japanese calligraphy to remember your time in Hiroshima.
