I had a great experience with my transportation back to the airport! My driver was friendly, knowledgeable and a great driver. He was early, making sure I had zero stress on my journey home. The car was clean and beautiful, very comfortable on the roads of the island. Would definitely use again!
For almost $200 , expected much more.

Supposed to be private, someone was in the van just riding along. Driver was 15 min late resulting in a hurried and stressful airport experience. This is after I called and stressed importance of being on time. Taxi is $30 so just do that sad that it is more reliable.

In St Thomas for family wedding, needed to coordinate several groups of people going to different hotels, update initial departure times, etc. these folks absolutely could not have been any nicer, very helpful with planning and adjustments. Drivers both ways (from airport to hotel and back) were super nice, professional, helpful - and early! Vehicles were very clean and air-conditioned. Would definitely recommend.
Driver was 25 minutes late to pick us up.

Driver was 25 minutes late to pick us up. He had called to say he was going to be 15 minutes late but clearly that wasn’t true. The whole point of the service is not to have to wait.

I had a great experience with Red Car USVI. My car arrived early and was waiting for me when I got to the lobby. I asked for a small detour so I could see downtown since I had time before my flight. My driver obliged. I would definitely book them again.

When I reserved shared R/T transport from the airport in St. Thomas to Westin Frenchman's Reef, I expected the usual, crowded, stop and drop van service. Boy, weren't we pleasantly surprised! From the moment we landed, the Red Hospitality Transportation staff exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, a respresentative telephoned me soon after our plane landed to let me know where to meet our driver. When we walked over to our van, we were seated in a VERY nice, comfortable 6 seater, AND we were the only two passengers! So, non-stop ride to our hotel! Day before departure, we were texted a reminder about our pick-up. On departure day, as we were sitting in the lobby waiting on our ride, a young man smartly dressed in a suit and tie walked up and informed us that he was our driver. Wow, how impressive, especially since it was a hot, sunny, Caribbean day! Again, we were the only two passengers, which was great! I'd HIGHLY recommend this transport service. Drivers were pleasant, professional, and friendly. The vehicles were modern, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Attention was paid to details and they made us feel like valued customers.
