What To Expect

With this experience, you will have the opportunity of knowing the history and importance of Cacao in Mexico. You will also know the process in which cocoa undergoes for its making. The chef will explain how to temper chocolate correctly by which the group will partake in said action as well. To finalize your experience, you will be able to take with you the chocolate you made.

This was a really fun and informative experience. It is perfect fit families with kids because they do a great job of explaining how chocolate is made and guiding participants through the process of making a chocolate bar. The whole experience was so much fun and we learned a lot and had a delicious time. Highly recommend this!

Awesome tour Love the fact that I got to experience making chocolate bars in Mexico. Staff was great and friendly! Im not a fan of long drawn out tours so this was perfect for me. Would definitely reccomend

Diego provided excellent information learned about how chocolate is made, and the history as well as the process. Short private event for me and my mom. Location inside the Port shopping mall, so convenient to attend after returning from an water excursion.

This experience was the highlight of my time in Puerto Vallarta! Analí was absolutely amazing with such a bright spirit and passion for all things chocolate. She was friendly and patient and did an exceptional job of walking me through the entire process of making, tempering, testing, pouring, molding and tasting chocolate. In addition to learning the process from beam to bar, I also got a chance to make my very own chocolate bars to take home with me. I would highly recommend this experience!

Excellent experience! I'm so glad we chose the private tour. It was well worth every penny we spent! There were three of us on this tour, myself, my husband, and my Mom. Our tour guide Erik was very knowledgeable and gave us excellent customer service. Also, I want to add Erik was accommodating for my mom as she was slow and needed help in and out of the SUV.
