Walk to Francoise's local covered market in Paris to meet some of her local producers. You might stop at the fishmonger, the fromagerie, and the produce store and pick up ingredients for your cooking class. Walk the short way back to Francoise's apartment, a beautiful apartment that is tastefully filled with finds from her travels. Join her in the kitchen and over cheese nibbles or snacks, learn how to make a classic French main dish. For your main, you might make feuilleté with leeks and shrimp in a ginger sauce, steak with a classic French Béarnaise sauce or poulet à l'estragon (chicken in a tarragon sauce).

After cooking, enjoy your lunch around your host's kitchen dining table featuring the classic French main course that you cooked together. End your meal with a traditional French dessert such as strawberry tartelettes (homemade lemon crust, crème pâtissière au Grand Marnier) or île flottante (a soft meringue served on top of sweet custard) which will be served with Champagne.

Thank you, Francoise, for an amazing evening filled with cooking and great company. We thoroughly enjoyed both the delicious food and your warm, friendly presence. Your expertise and passion for all things French were truly impressive. We also appreciated your recommendations for the best restaurants and cafés to experience authentic French cuisine and coffee. We visited all the places you suggested and couldn’t agree more—they were fantastic! We hope to return to Paris someday and have the pleasure of seeing you again.

My daughter and I had amazing time! Françoise Took us to the market and her favorite places to shop. She was so delightful to be around and her apartment was adorable and the food was amazing! Highly recommend using her for your next cooking class

My family and I had a WONDERFUL experience with Francoise! She is warm, knowledgable and makes you feel like you are a guest in her home. We had a fun trip to the market, a delicious lunch and loved trying her french recipes. We would highly recommend anyone who is interested in cooking or eating to give yourself a treat and book with Francoise!!

We couldn't have loved our experience any more. Francoise was warm, clever, kind, and talented. The neighborhood was beautiful and quaint and we felt very Parisian walking through the markets and gorgeous streets. Francoise taught us so much about the food culture of Paris and how to cook an incredibly delicious meal. Our mouths are still watering for the meal. We are grateful for the experience.

My husband and I had such an enjoyable evening with Fabienne and her friends. She met us at the metro station and took use to a fabulous cheese shop, before making our way up to her beautiful apartment for an amazing, authentic, French meal and great conversation with her other guests. It was all perfect and memorable! I would highly recommend this experience to other travelers!
