What To Expect
After booking, you will receive a confirmation message from us. We will update you with our vehicle number the day before your pick up. Just chill and relax and we will see you on the day of your travel. Whether is you decide to leave the hotel at a later timing or you still want more time to explore the attraction you are at and need to change the timing of your pick up, just let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request. :) Note: Please note that this service is not applicable for airport transfers.

5.00We travelled out to River Wonders to see the pandas, then to Singapore Zoo and finally saw Singapore Night Safari and had a great time. Rui Transport picked us up at 9am and 9pm, both pick-ups were on time in a modern, comfortable bus with an informative and professional driver.

5.00Amy and Alan provided excellent service! They always made contact before arrival on Whatsapp to so we knew where to meet them and timing. On departure they made contact to reconfirm pickup times. Their service and attention to detail is highly commendable. They are friendly and accomodating to scheduling changes. They also suggested places to see and foods to try. We will definitely use them on our next trip to singapore and highly recommend them to anyone.

5.00Our group was blown away by Amy & Alan’s hospitality and attentiveness. They’re genuinely the best transportation service we have used. We have all travelled a lot for both work and leisure and have not experienced the amazing service RUI transportation has offered. Their van is clean and comfortable. From booking to the pickup/drop off, they’re very responsive and communicative. They were just amazing all around. We felt like they were friends showing us around Singapore instead of a hired service.
