5.00We had the most amazing time and it was highlight of our trip. Thor was a wonderful pilot we had so much fun. We had been around the whole island, but there was no way we could see the majesty of the mountains unless we had a beautiful tour with the helicopter..

5.00We took a 4 hour tour with two landings, one on a glacier and one at a geothermal area. The helicopter was smooth as silk. Max was not only a great pilot, but very knowledgeable about the areas we flew over and also had a great sense of humor. He helped to make this one of the most memorable trips of our lives. The staff called us to make an earlier flight plan due to incoming weather. Turned out to be right on the money. I would heartily recommend Nordurflug Helicopter Tours to anyone wishing to see the fantastic Icelandic land and seascapes.

5.00I highly recommend this tour. Eventhough the weather wasn’t the greatest we had amazing views. The helicopter pilot was very professional and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the experience and would use this company again. The only thing I was disappointed in was that we had one person that was sick so couldn’t make it last minute and they wouldn’t give me a refund. It’s an expensive ride and 5 people still went so not sure why they wouldn’t give us a refund for the 1 person.

5.00The views from the helicopter are extraordinary, views you will not get by driving or hiking. They take you to places that are remote and vast getting spectacular photos and videos. The staff was very professional, the pilot was amazing and a great tour guide, giving details of the surrounding area and region. Highly recommend this trip! Even if you’re afraid of heights.

5.00We had a fantastic helicopter ride over the Rekyanes and recent eruption areas close to Grindavik & the Blue Lagoon. It was smoking, literally! A very informative pilot - Max - who gave us a very smooth flight. Simply awesome to see plate tectonics from the air - I would highly recommend this experience with Nordurflug it was worth every penny! And they were kind enough to let us know that the time/date we had originally booked looked to be a bad weather day and therefore offered us an alternative slot which we could change to. Very good service! 😊

5.00My eldery parents , near 90 years, got this tour as present. My mother has problem with walking long distances, but the captain and copilot were very, very helpful to get them in the helicopter and do all kind of extra to make this trip wonderful. Thank you❤️
