2.00The trip advertises swimming with pigs in the title so obviously one would assume that is what’s included. Apparently it is for an additional fee which is not clearly advertised. Our guide tried to negotiate different prices for the pigs and we simply declined because we don’t do business that way. Seems like a bait and switch which is not what we have experienced in the past using viator tours. I would not recommend. Viator used to be better than this.

5.00Captain McKinney was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us with our grandmother the whole trip. He was super knowledgeable about the area and all the sea life we saw. Our driver Octavia was also a total sweetheart and we loved having her take us to and from the boat. Swimming with pigs was so cool and we loved it as well as snorkeling in the reef. 100000% recommend this trip and company to others.

4.00The captain & crew were fabulous. I wish I would have known the type of boat. The pigs were not worth it at all. The captain tried to go there 1st but they weren’t ready. I wish we would have so we could have stayed at the reef snorkeling longer. The pigs were a total tourist trap.

5.00Guys!! From a mom of hyper, sensory-seeking kids… this was a TOP TIER choice. Like 10/10, no notes. Bahamas Land And Sea Tours absolutely understood the assignment. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Transportation was on time, easy, and felt safe, which matters when you’ve got kids and zero patience for chaos. Captain McKinney? Elite. Friendly, patient, and just genuinely knew what he was doing. He didn’t rush us, kept the vibe fun the whole time, and made sure we hit the BEST spots. The pigs were the highlight for my kids. Not just a quick “here they are, bye.” He took us to a spot where we could actually interact, cuddle them, and enjoy it without feeling overcrowded or chaotic. Snorkeling was beautiful, turtles were unreal, and the stops felt intentional. It didn’t feel like one of those rushed, checklist tours. And listen… the rum punch? Dangerous 😂 in the best way. This was one of those experiences where everyone in the family, kids AND adults, had a genuinely good time, which is rare. If you’re debating tours, stop overthinking it and book this one.

5.00We had such a good time with our private tour. It was nice to be by ourselves on a boat vs. being in a large, crowded group (which we saw plenty of). Our captain was very friendly and took care of us without making a big fuss. My kids absolutely loved the baby pigs, snorkeling with the colorful fish, and snorkeling with sea turtles. The sea turtle was the highlight because we were the only ones in the water with turtle compared to the group tours where dozens of snorkelers were chasing turtles that were eager to get away.
Poor Communication & Poor Customer Service

2.00We had terrible weather and that is absolutely not the providers fault. The torrential down pour started 5 min after we got on the boat and was so painful traveling in the speed boat that we were forced to shelter in place in a closed floating bar. The captains did their very best and they were wonderful which is why I give them any stars at all. The reason I am upset is due to poor communication. We were told the wrong place to meet, waited for almost 30 min. We had to call the provider, they did not call us. They said someone should have notified us of the change, but no one did. No apologies just a brush off. They outsourced us to a different company, so the wonderful captains are not even their employees. This also was not told to us. When we finally found our boat we started 30 min late. The provider never apologized, kept saying the weather wasn’t their fault. We never blamed them for the bad weather just the poor communication and the tour starting late. They offered $250 back. We were on the tour for not even half the time, and the entire time we were sheltering due to the storm, but once they paid the company they outsourced to and viator, they explained that 25% was 50% to them. Again, outsourcing to a separate company was their choice and it seems unfair we were penalized by that. That being said, we accepted their offer. They said they would PayPal me. After 2 days and they had not refunded it to us. I contacted them to ask if this was a mistake and received no response. I was forced to then call Viator to receive the $250. Communication is everything when in a foreign country and the lack of it was disappointing and caused a lot of stress on 2 women traveling with 5 young children. For a private tour costing $925 we expected better from the provider. They clearly do not care about their customers, and want to make very clear what isn’t their fault. We had another tour scheduled with them end of July for a larger boat and 10 people that we will be canceling and we will be back next April and will be using a different company. There are far too many options to be treated poorly.
