What To Expect

You will be met at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) or Chengdu Tianfu International Airport (TFU) and driven directly to your Chengdu city hotel. Whether traveling individually, as a couple or in a group, your ground transportation needs can all be covered by this private airport shuttle service. When your vacation is over, simply meet your driver in the lobby of your Chengdu hotel at a prearranged time to be transferred to the airport for your flight. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details (flight number and time) and your Chengdu accommodation details (hotel name and address). Your round-trip transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Our driver was waiting for us at the airport and easily recognizable. Our drive was direct and comfortable. When we arrived at our hotel the driver confirmed our date and times for our drive back to the airport. The return trip was also prompt and easy.

Promptly met at the airport by driver and guide Worley. During the drive to my hotel Worley explained my panda picture taking experience for later in the week...she then told me about a panda volunteer experience in Wolong. I had not heard about the experience there and
Later booked it with her. I would have missed out on a fantastic panda experience, including a picture with a one year old panda if she had not talked about it.
Return trip to the airport later in the week...driver arrived promptly to my hotel.

I was met by Jeli from samtour. She was a very lovely person, easy going and dealing with any questions I had. I had booked an evening tour at 17:30 and as I had arrived at 11:00 was a little bit worried about the 14:00 hotel check in. We arrived at the hotel around 12:15 ish and Jeli help me check in straight away. So with a few hours kip i was ready for the evening. It was just as easy on my return to the airport

The transfer service provided to us from SamTours was outstanding. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive in Chengdu until 2am. Coral our guide was waiting for us with a huge welcoming smile and lots of information for us. Jerry our driver was fantastic. Later that morning Coral was waiting in our hotel lobby for our first tour after only 5 hours or less sleep. We thought this was amazing service.

My flight to Chengdu arrived 2hours late and they still were flexible to pick me up. Lillian was an awesome host, with detailed knowledge of area and even helped when I was struggling with Chinese at the hotel. Felt in company of a friend; than a stranger. Fully recommend booking with this.

After travelling all day from Singapore via Hong Kong,the airport pick-up at 11pm was just perfect. Kevin assisted with hotel check-in and made sure all was ok when we arrived at midnight.
The return trip was seamless with Green and the driver right on time at 6am to head to airport.
This tour is worth the money spent.
