5.00Transfer was right on time and the drop off/pick up points were clear and accessible. Our guide was knowledgeable and courteous. She was also friendly and gave us good information and advice. It was a great experience. We loved Bruges and would use our guide, Benedict, again.

2.00The operator hired a taxi to take us from port to Brugge. It was ok. The guide was subpair and didn’t have much knowledge about the city. Just where landmarks were. Very quiet and looking at the watch for it to be over sooner rather than later You are better off doing it by yourself and saving 700

1.00This excursion is a sham and is not at all what it is described to be. It is not a private excursion with a driver and guide-it is a 10 minute taxi ride to the city with a WALKING tour-not at all the description. This was booked for a handicapped person and the tour operator wanted an additional 500 Euros for the driver to stay with the tour, which was already paid for ($900) as part of the excursion. It was a scam to get more money and we did not get our tour with a driver and guide. Stay far away from this one!

5.00We were picked up at the cruise terminal by a taxi who took us to a meeting point where our guide was waiting for us. The guide was friendly and informative. Brugge is a beautiful city filled with history, good food and Gothic architecture. The canals were stunning, even if crowded with tourists on boats.
