What To Expect

We offer direct communication with our guests to ensure they are welcomed and accommodated. You can expect a message directly from your driver prior to your shuttle with specific instructions on where to meet the vehicle. All Kelowna Transfers vehicles are well marked and branded, as are your friendly staff. Once contact is made, your driver will collect your bags and equipment, escort you to the shuttle vehicle, stow your baggage and the journey will begin. All private shuttles to Revelstoke include a 1 hour stop for grocery or other items. Your driver will take you directly to where you would like to shop. Once shopping is complete, your driver will load your items and begin the journey up the mountain to your accommodation. Your service includes drop off at your front door.

Mighty fine work and 5 stars all around for the crew at Kelowna Transfers. My flight was delayed 4 times and ultimately cancelled. After securing a new flight I spoke with Wendy from Kelowna Transfers and she worked hard to sort me a late night private transfer to Revelstoke. Even though I contacted them after hours, they were quick to help and ensured I wasn't left stuck at the Kelowna Airport. I'd like to thank her and the entire Kelowna Transfers team for ensuring my safe travel to Revelstoke and more importantly, I didn't lose a day of skiing!
