Nothing like what was advertised. There is NOT a tour representative on site nor a tour guide. There is no skipping lines nor any other benefit of booking thru Viator. All you get is a link to an audio website to listen to. If you have an Android phone it doesn’t work. Even the English heritage folks say there are problems with Android. It says to use earphones. That would have been good if I had known this in advance to coming. Communication was to be two days in advance. I was on my night flight to London when I got the text. Maybe 36 hours in advance. It was a waste of both my time and money to book this. I do not recommend this.

Enjoyed booking with this operator, they helped us from booking to onsite help. Their app commentary is nice, however recommend charging your device

Not a private tour. Just the usual admission ticket plus some expensive recordings through “Pintours” that we stopped listening to after the first two parts. Totally worthless, and totally misrepresented! Save your money and book a real private tour if that’s what you want.
