Day 2: Early Morning Continuation – The Second Group of Churches After an early breakfast and hotel pickup, you will continue your pilgrimage to the remaining churches, often considered the "northern cluster": · Bete Gebriel-Rufael (House of St. Gabriel and Raphael), featuring a sophisticated, high-ceilinged interior. · Bete Merkorios (House of St. Mercury), with remnants of original frescoes. · Bete Amanuel (House of St. Emmanuel), arguably the finest and most perfectly finished, believed to be the former royal chapel. · Bete Abba Libanos (House of Abbot Libanos), a small, elegant church with a touching legend of its creation.
