This was one of my family’s most favorite days while visiting Bologna. Our guide Mattheo was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Every place he took us felt special and unique to the region. All communication was clear and reliable. Our driver was great as well and put us at ease. We were a group of 10 ranging in age from 14-75 and everyone enjoyed themselves. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful time on our tour of the area. We chose to see a Parmigiano Reggiano factory, a prosciutto di Modena producer, as well as a small family owned balsamic vinegar company. Our guide, Nicoletta, was extremely informative and kind. She explained the nuances and details of each producer as well as the history of the product and region. It was an incredibly enjoyable and memorable experience for us all. We can’t recommend it enough!

The guided tour was provided by Mattia and he did a fabulous job. He was very knowledgeable and the tours of the Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto and Balsamic plants were more than we expected

Spent over $800 for a private guided tour for two, only to have two "trainee" guides join us. No one asked or cleared this with us ahead of time, and I felt pressured and on-the-spot to acquiesce to their presence. The trainees crowded us, took photos and videos of us, and generally made us feel uncomfortable. Additionally on the way back to our hotel, the guides were all dropped off first and then we were dropped off at our hotel. It wasn't the premium experience I expected or paid for. The actual guide, Stella, was lovely. She was extremely knowledgeable. The visits for the cheese, proscuitto, and balsamic vinegar production houses were lovely, and very informative. Assuming you get an actual, private tour, it could be lovely!
