Feel the spirit of communist Warsaw during this private tour in an iconic retro automobile of the 1970’s and 80’s - the Fiat 125p. You will be chauffeured by a professional driver-guide who will introduce you to Warsaw and its communist history, showing you the most important landmarks such as the Palace of Culture and Science, the House of The Polish Communist Party and the communist housing districts. Hop in the car and learn about the era of monumental, massive architecture, empty store shelves and never-ending queues.

The route might be changed a bit accordingly to current traffic situation.

Please note that groups over 4 people will be driven around in blue vintage minivan - check it out in our photos.

Kuba was very insightful with the history of Warsaw. He took his time, and stopped by to get tea as it was very cold during our tour. He knew his cars limits and provided excellent guidance during our drive. Recommended highly!

A fabulous tour we learnt so much and was a great novelty being driven round in an old Fiat . Jacob was friendly, knowledgabke and very accommodating . Would definitely recommend this trip if you want to see and learn more about this fantastic city

An excellent tour Jacob was a brilliant tour guide. We visited most of the city he showed us the old the new the poor and the affluent areas . He explained the history of Poland and was able to answer all our questions. The tour is highly recommended and our tour guide was friendly and knowledgable . A great highlight in our visit xxx

Our guide Alex was exceptionally knowledgeable about Poland’s communist past. He was passionate about the topic but also careful not to give a one sided view of Poland’s Soviet era. The various sites we visited were excellent examples of Soviet architecture. We loved our tour guide’s bright yellow 1970’s Fiat with armstrong steering. It captured the feel of the period we were examining. We were thoroughly pleased with our time with Alex. Four thumbs up! Ben and Sandra

Jacob was an amazing tour guide who not only answered all of my unorthodox questions but also went above and beyond by being flexible and adapting our tour to our specific interests! We also especially appreciated how he was willing to share with us his real thoughts about the historical decisions and the impact they still have today on the Warsaw citizens. Many tour guides try to maintain a status quo attitude and for a specialized tour like this, it is crucial that the guides themselves also have an opinion to share in order to facilitate meaningful discussion. We hope we didn't tire him out too much but seriously give my man a pay raise for how many tours he had to conduct on the same day, he was probably the most thorough I've had in all my travels throughout Europe yet!
