5.00excellent service provided by Costa do Sol Tour. I hired a transfer service between Rio de Janeiro and Angra dos Reis, for a large group of 6 people, including children and elderly people. During the week of my trip, I was without a phone, making communication very difficult. Still, they responded promptly when I managed to get in touch, they guaranteed confirmation of the service even before I was able to make the payment and send the receipt, and when the trip actually arrived, they were there, punctually and professionally, waiting with a sign with my name at the airport, with the chosen vehicle new and in full operating and comfortable condition, with the child seat that was requested already installed in accordance with safety recommendations (it is worth noting that in two previous experiences with transfer services from other companies, the car seat was not sent and I was pressured to continue the trip without it). Experience out of 10!

4.00Driver was courteous and the ride was relatively comfortable. However we stopped for car maintenance and gas along the way but the gas meter kept blinking 'low fuel.' It was a long drive and as I don't speak Portuguese the idea of the car breaking down or running out of gas along the way was concerning. We made it safely but for the price I hoped for a car in better conditions.
