5.00Baz was our most courteous, professional, & prompt driver from Goldfinch Executives (booked through Viator) for our private transfer from our London hotel to the Southampton cruise port. I highly recommend Baz & Goldfinch Executives. Baz contacted us the day before our departure to confirm pickup time & location. And he also informed us of his early arrival. I would describe the SUV vehicle as luxury & was very clean & comfortable for our group of six. Our luggage — six large suitcases & one small fit just perfectly. This drive was almost two hours, and this vehicle was comfortable for that longer drive. I felt assured by Goldfinch Executives before our trip with their consistent messages & confirmation of our scheduled transfer. Sometimes when making bookings from the U.S. for Europe trips, there can be anxiety around whether you can trust the reliability of the companies you choose. I’ve used Viator multiple times, & they lead me to bookings with reliable companies like Goldfinch Executives & their driver, Baz. Thank you, Baz!
