What To Expect
Pickup at La Fortuna The driver arrives at the indicated location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid delays. Assistance is provided with luggage, making sure everything is properly stored in the vehicle. A warm welcome is provided and the driver confirms the destination and specific preferences of the customer. Transfer to the airport The journey starts on time and comfortably, following the most efficient route to ensure the arrival on time. Guests enjoy air conditioning, ergonomic seating and, upon request, access to Wi-Fi or USB chargers. The driver provides basic information about the estimated arrival time and arranges the necessary stops (to go to the bathroom, refreshments, etc.). Safe and professional driving is maintained throughout the trip. Arrival at the airport The driver informs the customer a few minutes before arriving at the airport and helps them identify the correct terminal according to their airline. Upon arrival, the driver stops at the most convenient place for the customer and helps him unload the luggage. Customers are thanked for using the service and are encouraged to leave comments or reviews.

5.00We just came back from our 9 day vacation in Costa Rica. We traveled to three different places in CR - all far apart. Manuel Antonio, monteverde and la fortuna. We initially rented a car but then read posts on car jacking and potholes. We canceled our car and decided to use drivers instead. Transfer CR came highly recommended. My biggest anxiety was getting to and from places in a foreign country. I cannot say enough good things about Transfer CR. Andres was a pleasure to deal with before the trip and to set up the times. Our drivers were either Leo or Greivin. Both were spectacular. With advance notice, we were even able to push back the pick up times. Andres is very responsive. Leo and Greivin were always waiting for us with cold water bottles. They even stopped to show us CR landmarks, monkeys and rainbows! We were able to stop for food on the way to and from the airport. I was nervous about paying the full fee up front, before we arrived, but this is a reputable and honest company. I will recommend to all my friends. We can’t wait to come back. As an aside, I would never rent a car in CR to drive to the places that we did. It would not have made our vacation as stress free. Thank you Andres! Pura Vida!

5.00We used Transfer CR as a family of 5 throughout our one-week vacation, including round-trip airport transfers and transportation between La Fortuna and Guanacaste. They were very responsive via WhatsApp. The vans were spacious, clean, had Wi-Fi, and included bottled water for everyone. Snacks for the kids was a nice touch! The pricing was the most competitive of the quotes we received and still came in below rental car rates. It was much easier and more enjoyable than renting a car and navigating the windy roads ourselves. Our driver, Leo, was very easygoing and even brought us to a fantastic lunch spot along one of our routes. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Transfer CR again on a future trip and highly recommend them!

5.00We pre-arranged and pre-paid for 4 transfers for our family trip to Costa Rica to take us to different destinations in CR starting with our arrival in Liberia. Communication with the company was great before we arrived and also while we were there. We had 3 different drivers and all drivers provided excellent service and were always on time. The drivers also went out of their way to stop for snacks etc and also to explain things about CR along the way. We felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this transfer service as they made traveling around Costa Rica very easy and enjoyable. If we return to Costa Rica we will definitely book transportation services from this company again. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Pura Vida!

5.00We travelled all over the country throughout the week. Their team got us from place to place with ease. Luis specifically was hands down above and beyond. We had a 7 hour drive….he arrived with drinks, stopped along the way for snacks, food, and made a few detours to show us the country. Made a long travel day an excursion. Highly recommend!

5.00We had a great experience! Our driver, Greivin, met us at the airport with a large sign that had our name on it. During our drive to the hotel, he pointed out local areas of interest and offered to stop for refreshments and souvenirs. He also took us back to the airport at the end of our trip. Everything was safe, comfortable and professional.
The experience was really amazing and excelente service, it was a great idea to have them as our tour guide Thanks

5.00We had a group of 10 and the transportation services were seamless. We had two different pick ups at SJO and our driver Leo was waiting for both groups. His driving was very safe and he was very friendly. Booking the trip was very easy and I would most definitely recommend. We used their services for four days total.

5.00Everything was perfect. From the initial communication, scheduling, pick up, stops along the way, lunch, and arrival at our hotel. The service was great. Alejandro, our driver and guide, was super attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. he even stopped to show us our first sloth! This was not just a ride from the airport to the hotel it was a tour.

5.00Andrés is the owner of the company and he personally picked us up from SJO and drove us to our first destination, La Fortuna. He was great and very professional! His vans are also really nice and seem very safe. Next, Alejandro, one of the drivers drove us from La Fortuna to Bijagua and again from Bijagua to Manuel Antonio. Unfortunately, we hit terrible traffic on the way to MA so Alejandro knew of an amazing souvenir shop to stop at along the way and a delicious fish restaurant. The drivers were always on time to pick us up and I totally recommend this company!!

5.00Transfer CR was on time for our transfer to and from the airport and the van was clean, cool and comfortable. Our driver Mauricio made the trip so pleasant. He stopped to point out a sloth and recommended a wonderful place to stop for some local food (with amazing views!). He is very knowledgeable and passionate about Costa Rica. We would not hesitate to book with Transfer CR again!
