What To Expect

Personal Airport Meet & Greet Our driver is going to arrive at the ATH 10-15 minutes before your scheduled landing time. He will be waiting for you at the arrival hall, inside Athens International Airport, holding a sign with the leader passenger's name. As soon as you collect your luggage, please meet him at the arrivals and head together to the vehicle. Route Duration The duration of the transfer depends on the road conditions and traffic. Usually we need 40-45 mins. Drop-off Points Anywhere inside Athens city center. Smoking, beverage and food consumption are not allowed inside the car.

We were six people and went minivan ToR airport-Athens. The drivers were on time and very professional with the fitting of times. We even got a nice presentation of Athens on the way there. Fast management of confirmations and clear communication before and during the trip.

My family was to meet me in Athens and their flight there from Portland, OR was disrupted and they ended up spending two nights in Dallas and got into Athens very late after a long layover in Heathrow. So I booked a car from this company instead of making four people squeeze into a taxi or use the metro. City Transfer was really efficient and pleasant to deal with by email. They corrected the day my family was coming in when I screwed it up. The reservation manager Nikoletta Mavrogianni, was extremely pleasant. But the best part was the driver. Mr. Angelos was kind and efficient and funny and entertaining all in one. My tired family enjoyed his running commentary on Athens and description of the monuments they passed and learning how to say thank you (Ef-Harry's-toe). I didn't meet him, but my family said he could have done stand-up. Great experience.

They are reliable, helpful and convivial. We had a very safe and enjoyable transfer. The car was always clean and comfortable with very nice smell inside. The driver was very pleasant and helpful! Perfect services! The driver Angelos was so kind and helpful with some guide tips! Children under 10 felt great and we had a pleasure time. Our driver was promptly waiting for us in the airport and was very kind! Helped with our bags and even though there was a race going on making the route difficult, he delivered us right to our hotel door. Very grateful for such excellent service in a big city like Athens. Very friendly communication with Nikoletta. Loved our two transfers with mr. Angelo who discussed culture, Greek mythology and politics with us in the car. Clean car, reliable and smooth ride and a nice refreshing drink on arrival! Just perfect for us.
