3.00Initially I had problems communicating with the company. I emailed to the company via your platform but didn’t receive reply. I sent another message via WhatsApp one day before but no reply. I finally asked the hotel receptionist to call the company in Vietnamese and finally talked to a rep from the company. The driver came to pick us up on time. He was a nice guy and a safe driver but the car was not fully charged so we had to stop twice to recharge the car so we waisted our time waiting for it. We got to Sapa around 5 pm.

1.00In the morning of the booking, we were informed the car that was suppise to pick us up, was broken. That's fine, these things happen. We were told to wait, while they'd try to arrange us another car. After an hour, another car arrrived...so small, I luggage barely fit in, and we sat like sardines in a tin box!! Could have handled even that, BUT...the driver was so tired, he fell asleep during driving, and the whole trip from Hanoi to Sapa all we did, was to try to keep him awake!!!! Not a sressfree cardrive I thought I paid for!!!

5.00Nice driver, smooth driver, we're comfortable traveling around Hanoi and safe thanks to the driver who drives pretty well. Next back to hanoi will use their services. During the trip on give experience and knowledge of the Hanoi city's pleasant layout, with a friendly and hilarious guide. We felt happy and satisfied during the journey.

5.00it lives up to the hype, i used this private transfer from Hanoi to Sapa and honestly, it was pretty worth it. The trip is quite long, but it felt much more comfortable since the car was clean and only for our group. The driver arrived on time and drove safely. It’s a nice option if you want a relaxed trip without the hassle of switching transportation.
