  We got a fast and comfortable transfer from our Sapa hotel to Hanoi airport. There was some mixup at the pick up time, we had to contact the supplier, but the situation was rectified by them quickly and professionaly. We were assigned a driver who was not overly friendly.

  We chose a private driver to get to and from Sapa from Hanoi instead of the overnight bus or train and are so happy we did Our ride from Hanoi to Sapa was great. The driver was on time for the 5 hour trip. He was friendly, the car was clean, the music he played was nice, the ride was smooth. Great experience. Our ride from Sapa to Hanoi was not so great. The driver was on time but he was driving really, really fast. And crazy. The ride was so bumpy that my wife began to feel sick. I asked the driver to slow down through a phone translator and he did not. He complained that he got fined for speeding and didn't see the camera because I was asking him to slow down at the time. Finally had to message the company, who called him and he finally slowed down.

  Our driver was exceptional. On time for pick-up and only slightly later than estimated destination time. We had 2 very welcome stops along the way. He also reads the roads and traffic very well.

  We were picked up promptly at our hotel in Sapa by our driver. We didn’t know it yet, but our driver was cut from the same cloth as Michael Schumacher. He managed to get us back to Hanoi in less than 4 and a half hours! (Compare that to the 5 hours and 40 minutes it took to get to Sapa from Hanoi). I have no doubt he has a super (F1) licence! Only one 10min pitt stop along the way meant that we got to our hotel before the start of Super Typhoon Yagi. I am sure that had no influence on our driver. He was just that good!

• Professional Operator and Comfortable Trip

  Myself and two friends travelled by private limousine van from the Old Quarter in Hanoi to Sapa on 24th August 2024. The van arrived at our hotel shortly before the scheduled pick-up time, which was very much appreciated. The van was presented in a very clean state, and was very comfortable for the trip, which took about 5 hours and 45 minutes. The driver spoke a little English, however, he used the translate app to communicate with us, which proved to be very effective. The trip did take longer than expected because the driver stopped to assist another van which had experienced mechanical issues. The driver very courteously asked if we could convey the 6 stranded passengers to a nearby stop, where they would then exit. We did not have an issue with this. Upon arriving at that location, the driver took a break, which was to be expected, given the journey is over 300km. However, we didn't expect a second stop about 50 minutes out from our destination in Sapa. All up the two break stops added about 45 minutes to our trip. Despite the longer than expected journey, I would recommend this company. I will add that in our return trip from Sapa to the Hanoi Airport (with another operator), the trip only took 4 hours and 10 minutes, with the driver only taking a single 10 minute break at our request (because he had arrived 40 minutes late for our pick-up).
