5.00Karolina was patiently waiting for us, as we were a little delayed going through the new biometric/ customs process. We were warmly welcomed and our bags were taken for us to the vehicle. It was a very comfortable ride, the vehicle was very clean. We were dropped off right outside our hotel. Very pleased with the service

1.00Absolutely disgusting customer service! Do not use this company! Ignore their 4.9 rating! We booked a private transfer from Prague airport to our hotel. Based on their TripAdvisor post their cars are Mercedes saloons or Mercedes people carriers. We were collected in a dirty, scruffy old mini van taxi! It was unwashed inside & out! After phoning to complain I was told they could not 'help me' and no refund would be given! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM! They don't use Mercedes Limousines! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
