  Despite our previous experience with this company, I had already booked a second transfer for the end of our trip (that was non refundable). Luckily this time, the driver was on time (despite a 4:30am pickup), courteous and helpful. A way better experience the second time around.

  We booked two transfers, as we were 8 people with a lot of luggage. Confirmed via text, and a voicemail received from them the night before. On the day, they had a transfer listed for 4, not 8. The driver was an hour late. The lady at the airport wasn’t forthcoming with information other than “he’s coming soon”. When the one driver finally showed up, we crammed 6 people and most of our luggage in. Her new solution was to wait for the next Van, which was booked by someone else, and head to their hotel with them, and then get dropped off at our location. As he was also late, the last two people finally hopped in a cab. We were of course, still charged for two transfers, despite only receiving one.

  I booked this airport shuttle service through Viator after our original shuttle service cancelled on us three days before our scheduled pickup. I called Viator and they helped me book a hotel to airport shuttle with this company. The driver arrived eleven minutes early. The vehicle was clean and had room for all of us and our luggage. The driver didn't say much but was extremely helpful once we arrived at the airport. We arrived at the airport before our scheduled pickup time. When I had questions, I was able to contact the vendor through Viator. The vendor assured me that our scheduled pickup time provided enough time for us to meet international travel guidelines.

  There was no driver as per reservation for us at the cruise terminal! Fortunately I showed my hard copy to a guy who worked for the same company. He then called for a car and transfer to the hotel. Said he never received reservation and showed me the list of other names. He kept the hard copy to take the matter up with Viator.

  Transportation from the cruise ship to the airport in Tahiti for 5 people and 10 pieces of luggage.The driver was waiting for us when we got off the ship- loaded the luggage and got us to the airport in plenty of time.

  Transfer did not arrive waited for over 30 minutes, took taxi for 30USD compared to what I was charged very unhappy with Viator
