5.00I booked this airport shuttle service through Viator after our original shuttle service cancelled on us three days before our scheduled pickup. I called Viator and they helped me book a hotel to airport shuttle with this company. The driver arrived eleven minutes early. The vehicle was clean and had room for all of us and our luggage. The driver didn't say much but was extremely helpful once we arrived at the airport. We arrived at the airport before our scheduled pickup time. When I had questions, I was able to contact the vendor through Viator. The vendor assured me that our scheduled pickup time provided enough time for us to meet international travel guidelines.

1.00There was no driver as per reservation for us at the cruise terminal! Fortunately I showed my hard copy to a guy who worked for the same company. He then called for a car and transfer to the hotel. Said he never received reservation and showed me the list of other names. He kept the hard copy to take the matter up with Viator.
