They were very easy to find at the airport when we arrived and very easy to find at the hotel when they picked us up. The drivers were SUPER FRIENDLY and welcoming. The transport was comfortable and the upgrade was worth it. Julio and his team are a credit to their company and i will use again when i am next in the DR.

5.00We LOVED our transportation. My boyfriend and I spent the week at the Melia Caribe. We booked the transportation about a week before our stay. The day before our flight to Punta Cana we were contacted and confirmed our flight number so that they would be able to track our flight and keep up with any delays. On the day of our flight we were contacted again with a picture of our driver holding a sign with our name to make sure that we knew where he would be located. They were so very kind and treated us like royalty! On our last day our flight was delayed before we had checked out of our hotel. We texted the number that had been communicating with us to ask if we would be able to be picked up at a different time. They were extremely accommodating and picked us up whenever we asked! All around a wonderful experience. If I could give a 11 out of 10 I would!!!

They corresponded, quickly answered any questions, arrived on time, and kept me informed through the process. Just an email and no pushy sales pitches about their other transport and activities offered. Extremely satisfied.

5.00It was a simple process to set up and pay for the transfers we arranged. They were exceptional in responding via Whatsapp texts to confirm details rapidly. The were prompt with the pickups and had large signs with our name at the airport so it was easy to find our driver
