He was always on time—actually, usually early—which made everything feel stress-free from the start. No wondering if your ride will show up or scrambling last minute. Huge plus. One thing that really stood out was how flexible and accommodating he was. We needed to make a stop to exchange foreign currency, and he didn’t hesitate at all—just adjusted the plan and made it happen smoothly. That kind of flexibility made the whole trip feel much more personalized instead of rigid or rushed. Communication was also excellent. He consistently checked in with us throughout the day to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. It never felt overbearing—just thoughtful and professional. If you’re someone who likes a bit of guidance without being micromanaged, this is ideal. At Ba Na Hills, he went above and beyond by actually escorting us to the ticket office and helping us purchase tickets.
