Enjoy a private transfer to/from Mauritius International Airport to your hotel in an air conditioned vehicle.
For Arrival transfers, you will be greeted at the Tour Operator area at Counter 24, just after the customs check, then guided to your transfer vehicle.
Departure transfers will be organized with you in advance for a stress-free ride from your hotel to the airport.
This private vehicle can accommodate 3 pax maximum. The maximum luggage allowed is 3 suitcase and 3 carry-on bag per traveler and rides are approximately 60-75 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

If your oversize or excessive luggage do not fit in the vehicle, you might need to book a second vehicle
Children must be accompanied by an adult

What To Expect
This tour is a one-way transfer either from the airport to your hotel, or from your hotel to the airport. For Arrival Transfers: After you pass through the Customs check at the airport, you will meet your driver at Counter 24 in the Tour Operator area. You'll be offered a bottle of water and a cold towel for refreshment. Then, you can relax in the vehicle as you're transferred to your hotel. The maximum luggage allowed is 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per traveler and rides are approximately 60-75 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. For Departure Transfers: Once you have booked your departure transfer, you'll be contacted to confirm your pickup location and flight number. Then, you'll be notified of the time of your transport. The maximum luggage allowed is 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per traveler and rides are approximately 60-75 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

We would like to highlight the local tour guide in Mauritius through “Coquille Bonheur”, especially Mme Rachel. She was extremely dedicated, easily accessible at all times and had excellent local knowledge. Your recommendations for excursions were very helpful. When we were dissatisfied with the condition of our room, she responded immediately and organized a solution directly with the hotel management. This fast and professional action surprised us very positively. Overall, we felt superbly looked after and can recommend the service without restriction.

5.00We’ve had an amazing experience with this company, we booked our holiday via Emirates and this is the company they use for tours and private transfers. All of the cars were clean, modern and had working air con (needed for us Brits!). All of the drivers drove very sensibly and were very safe and cautious on the roads. Extra special when we were greeted at the airport with gifts (a beach bag and hat, which were used the whole holiday).

5.00We booked a holiday at Lux Le Morne through Emirates Holidays. That’s how we came into contact with the staff of Coquille Bonheur. Both the arrival and return transfers were very well organized. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Even upon arrival at the airport, a staff member accompanied us to the respective counters! Excellent service! At this point, a big thank you and great praise to Ravin (hope the name is spelled correctly), who handled our transfer to the airport. A very pleasant ride with lots of fun and interesting conversation topics!

5.00We were met on arrival at SSR International Airport by the Coquille Bonheur Team who I must add all looked resplendent in their Turquoise Trousers and pristine White shirts. They immediately took our baggage and guided us to our awaiting transport. Luke our Driver was most welcoming and had a South London accent, it turned out he was born in Woolwich, London as was I. We used Coquille for all our internal journeys including our return to SSR. What made it extra special was the professionalism of the Airport team who took charge off our luggage right up until Check-in and even took our Golf Clubs to the Oversize baggage check-in. I have to make special comment about Yuvrin our Rep who kept in touch with me through out our holiday and was so helpful. Many thanks to the whole Team.

5.00I have been using the services of Coquille Bonheur since February 2017, by airport/hotel/airport transfer, knowing that I visit Mauritius 3 to 4 times a year. This is my island of heart and I go there whenever the opportunity arises. I recommend the services of Coquille Bonheur. The vehicles are in very good condition, often new, very well maintained and very clean. The drivers are very friendly. I chat with them on the way. Sometimes I run into the same drivers and it’s always nice to drive with them. You will understand that I love Coquille Bonheur, who turns out to be a very serious, attentive and always on time provider. A warm welcome at the airport, both on arrival and out.

Coquille Bonheur taxi no show.

1.00We arrived at Mauritius airport on 10 Nov 2024 expecting a Coquille Bonheur taxi to be awaiting with a driver in Arrivals. The tiny Arrivals hall had numerous drivers holding customer name cards. All except ours. No problem. We sat in arrivals expecting we'd got though too quickly and sat for an hour in Arrivals watching for our name card. Nobody came to look for us - the only people waiting with baggage. We called the Coquille Bonheur number - answer phone. Nobody got back to us. After over an hour we gave up and paid £50 for an airport taxi. We were subsequently told we were down as a 'no show'. Sadly Coquille Bonheur were the no show. No refund offered. No apology. Nothing, despite sending emails and whats apps. They were booked by our agent Travelbag. They confirmed the booking and asked for a refund. Nothing. I suggest Travelbag stop using them. Unreliable.

5.00This company provided not only private transfers but were also looked after by Nisha us while we were in Mauritius. She was exceptional. This is the second time we have used this operator and once again, the service has been excellent. When you contact them you get a swift response. Nisha arranged car hire and Deep Sea Fishing for us. Each and every member of the team are friendly and helpful. There was even a uniformed porter to help us when we arrived at the airport, and again when we were dropped off for our departure, we were taken to our check in desk and he stayed with us until we went through security.
