What To Expect
Upon payment, you will receive booking confirmation with exact pick-up times. Please let us know if you have excess/abnormal luggage or sports equipment. For departures and arrivals at Hosea Kutako International Airport (H.K.I.A.): - H.K.I.A. is situated ±40km outside the city of Windhoek along a scenic road. - Arrivals at H.K.I.A -> Drivers will be waiting with a name board in the arrivals terminal, at the scheduled flight landing time (unless stated otherwise). - Departures from H.K.I.A. -> Drivers will be waiting at the pick-up address specified by the traveler 2:45 hrs. prior to scheduled flight departure (unless stated otherwise). This is to ensure you arrive at H.K.I.A. at least 2 hrs. before your flight departure. All Tot Wa vehicles are branded with the Tot Wa Logo. Please provide a contact number which is reachable on the travel dates. Please remember to smile at all times and enjoy the beautiful offerings of our motherland.

5.00It was a pleasant experience with Tot Wa tours and transfers. Drivers where uniforms and have branded welcomeboards for airport arrivals. Easily Identified the driver. He was friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable, gave us a lot of good advice on what to do and what not to do to stay safe. Vehicle was good quality and very clean with a wonderful spell. The aircon was supper nice and cool on a very hot summer day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone in need of airport transfers or tours. Initially we just booked an airport transfer but later choose Tot Wa ours and transfers for a full tour of Namibia from. The capital to the south and then to the coast. We booked a vehicle and driver. The driver was so knowledgeable that we did not need a guide at all. Basically we got a free guide . They also booked our accommodation and activities and managed to give us a better rate then qoutes we received from the Hotels and Lodges directly. Excellent service. Well done Tot Wa tours and transfers. You made our holiday a success and flawless experience

3.00The driver was not waiting at the airport, although the company said it was there. A different driver drove me to meet him to the petrol station outside the airport. The driver was not familiar with the location of the hotel in Windhoek. The good thing is that in the end, after a couple of hiccups, the job got done, and I arrived at the hotel.

5.00Used their service to drive 6 people from Windhoek to HKIA. Booked on short notice. Driver on time (which means 10 or 15 minutes ahead of time). Very comfortable, spacious and safe van. Accepted credit card payment after ride and offered best price I could find for group of 6.
