5.00Our driver. Edwin, was very accommodating when our luggage was delayed coming into Punta Cana. He waited for us for a very long time! Edwin spoke English very well. He was a very careful driver and told us of all the new building going on. He was also on time for our return to the airport. I highly recommend this company for your airport transfers in Punta Cana.

He was already there waiting for us the moment we landed and was perfectly on time for our pickup when it was time to leave. He’s very friendly and made the ride comfortable and pleasant. We have always used the transfer included with our trip package, but the small extra cost for this transfer to and from the resort was worth it. No waiting at the airport, no stopping at a dozen other resorts, convenient drop off, and GREAT drivers! Communication was perfect before we arrived, when we landed, and before pick up to go home. Communicating with Transfers-Punta Cana was easy using WhattsApp and we were able to coordinate schedule changes and pick up/drop offs. I HIGHLY recommend their services for anyone traveling to Punta Cana!

5.00Our travel agent set up transport to and from our resort to the airport. Edwin was in touch every step of the way, giving us clear instructions on how to make it through the airport and find him (it was crowded and a little overwhelming). He checked in the day before both aiport trips to confirm. Super nice guy. He does excursions too, but we had a large group that preferred to hang out the resort. I recommend him highly.
