This tour is private tour to Underground river provided with private AC transportation and motorized boat transfers.
The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park or popularly known as the Underground River is the the world's longest navigable underground river and one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Guests will enjoy seeing various limestone formations which were formed thousands or even millions of years ago. Truly, this makes Underground River the number 1 tourist attraction in the city.
Important Notes:
1. Underground River tour permits are limited to a maximum of 1000 slots per day and should be booked ahead of time. Ideally a month before arrival. Minimum time for me to process the permits is atleast 3 days before arrival. This tour is subject to weather conditions.
2. Tour inside the cave is always on group of 8-10 persons per boat as strict policy of the park due to operational limitations of the site.
3. Tour is on first come first serve basis at the site.

5.00The whole experience was amazing! It's a sight to see and the organisers make sure that their tours do not damage the beauty of the place. Fidel, the person handling our booking, made sure to arrange our tour earlier due to the chances of it being cancelled by the coast guard due to the weather. And Jho, our lovely tour guide made sure we're safe and taken well cared of. I was feeling motion sick before the tour due to the car ride and she took extra effort to make sure I feel better. She also helped us with going and checking in to our accommodation after the tour when she could have just finished up her tour. I really appreciate everyone that handled our tour and would recommend people to also experience the same.

5.00The tour is a natural wonder. Very interesting and unique. A Must See place for natural wonders! Just as important was the coordination by Viator. We were updated on the weather; our guide picked us up from the cruise ship; our driver was great; our guide managed to help get us to the front of several lines and we could not ask for more!! Great job Viator!

4.00If you can afford it go early and go private tour. We left our hotel at 630 am and were first ones in - for 2024 as well as the day. It was seamless. Jo our guide and Eugene our driver were great. The caves themselves were amazing, such another world. Lunch was also good.

5.00We’d give this tour 10 stars if it was possible. Our guide Fidel was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and serviceable; not to mention his perfect english. We were in a tight schedule since PP was a cruise day-stop for us and Fidel did everything to accommodate our times, we beat the large cruise tours to the underground river, did not have to wait a second in line and got our private SUV transport and private boat transfer which was top notch. 100% recommend if you are looking for a personalized flexible experience. PS - Fidel even lent us money to buy some stuff since we had not exchanged PHP yet

5.00As we slept in Sabang, we were able to enter the underground river very soon, at about 9 a.m. and there were almost no people. Fantastic tour, in silence, through still waters, under immense stalactites and countless bats. Impressive!!!!! It is advised to sleep in Sabang and not in Puerto Princesa so as not to go in crowd plan!
