What To Expect
We will taste our typical products and my family culinary preparations, the food tasting experience is completed with the tasting of another food, Wine. We combine our dishes with the Doc wines of our splendid territory, volcanic, savory and intense wines. We are at home immersed in nature, we live in Milo, between the mountains and chestnut woods, we would like to share with our guests the unique air and energy that can be breathed on the slopes of Etna. Our panoramic terrace dominates the Gulf of Catania and the wind that rises from the sea makes our tasting moments fresh and relaxing. We will take care of you with simplicity and passion, we love our work and we want to pass on our unique and fascinating territory.

5.00This was a great experience we had through Collette trip. Warm and welcoming upon arrival to a beautiful setting. They are gracious and the food was awesome. We were not rushed at all and enjoyed each course. Wine was served constantly during meal and courses were not rushed. We left our email address in a book and they sent us the receipes. What a nice ending to a very positive experience.

5.00We had an incredible five course lunch paired with regional wines on a delightful patio which looked at Mt. Etna and the surrounding farmlands. Beautiful location and farm to table, local, traditional Sicilian fare.

5.00What a lovely afternoon touring the vineyard. I was sitting on a bench taking off my shoes to get the pieces of volcanic ash out after hiking on Mt Etna and the bench toppled over.The ladies got me a bag of ice and wine for my slight injury.Followed by a delicious lunch including the best fruit salad I have ever had. Thanks so much for a terrific afternoon and for forwarding the recipes!

5.00An incredible experience with Barbara and Angela. Amazing hospitality. Interesting and delicious food. Insights about local wines. I can't recommend this experience enough. If you care about food and wine, if you want to meet real Sicilians, then you must visit. Hike Etna in the morning (when it's cool) and spend the afternoon resting under the canopy at Barbara's home as you explore the local cuisine and wine.
