What To Expect
Private exclusive tour for cruise passengers arriving at the port of salaverry with short hours. - A full day archaeological by the pyramids or huacas sun and moon with polychrome designs 2000 years old - Visit for 1 hour in the Moon Pyramid accompanied by a guide in English, walk near the sun pyramid for panoramic photos. - Tour the Moche huacas museum with all the ceramic treasures found in the Moche huacas or sun and moon. - Visit the Huaca Rainbow or dragon jewel of mud and adobe 1300 years old - Visit the great mud city of chan chan and discover its incredible history, walk and explore its streets, avenues and royal mausoleums. And finally it continues to the town of Huanchaco last village of native Chimus fishermen who still make and fish on totora rafts . - Depending on the weather you can have lunch in Huanchaco and enjoy the famous spicy ceviches or the great variety of food. Photos, walk and return to Salaverry port. Return and arrival in Salaverry will be between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm according to departure of ship (by captain's order be 1 hour and 30 or 2 hours before departure of ship)

5.00Rocío Reyna made the tour a wonderful experience. We visited the Sun and Moon Temples, Chan Chan, and Huanchaco Beach. Pickup was inside the port, right in front of the ship—so convenient. I loved the service and excellent organization.

5.00Amazing experience visiting Chan Chan, Huacas del Sol y la Luna, and Huanchaco. Our guide, Dilser Alfaro, made everything clear and fun. Pick-up was right at the ship’s door inside Salaverry — the only company allowed.
