This is a fantastic and well organized trip. I would highly recommend this trip by this company to anyone!

  • Inadmissible, Chaotic

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The organization was chaotic: change of dates imposed, multiple interlocutors (never the same), contradictory information, different guides at each step... The result: a lot of misunderstandings, stress and an excursion that did not correspond to my expectations. For a destination as emblematic as Machu Picchu, it is unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this agency especially given the overpriced rates they offer.

Fabrizio was amazing. He went above and beyond. My family really enjoyed our tour and Fabrizio's insights!

  • Overpriced, over commercialised, over busy

Guide and driver were excellent. Everything else was really poor. Overpriced for what I actually got. Very little included in the price. Day 1 was dominated by over touristy places trying to sell you things. Complete waste of time. Made to have a buffet lunch which was an additional 20 USD per person. Hotel in aquas Callientes was dreadful. It was incredibly damp. Bathroom was tiny. Felt run down and tired. Tickets for Machu Picchu were first thing in the morning when it was still covered in cloud so couldn’t see anything. Overall it felt incredibly overpriced, over busy, over commercialised, over touristy. In the same trip I did the Bolivian salt flats tour which was twice as long, half the price, and a million times better.

  • Beautiful Machupichu!!!!
