5.00We had such a great experience with your company from booking to drop-off. We only wanted to do the City tour and we did exactly that. We never felt rushed and felt completely safe. Having our own van was so nice. We would definitely use your company again if we come back to Amber Cove! Thank you so much!

5.00Host had good instructions on where to meet as well as ice cold drinks available upon getting in the air conditioning van. He shared about traditions and history of the area. Felt safe walking around rhe stores with Barney there with us. He took advantage of photo ops and shared with the group after tour. He also was a perfect gentleman and carried our bags while shopping so we could still shop!

5.00Made so many fun memories on this tour! We saw all the sights and had beach time too! The cherry on top was Barney becomes your personal photographer and helps capture the day! Definitely a sweet taste of DR life and would do it again and again!

5.00We did an excursion with Barney and his daughter with DAT Tours. We were a group of 5 ladies and after a shopping spree and tour of downtown, we were taken to the beach where we had chairs and an umbrella waiting on us. We ordered some lunch and drinks on the beach and were then taken back to our ship. Thanks Barney for a wonderful time!

5.00I found Barney after he reached out to me when I was looking for information on Facebook for our Carnival cruise port stop in Amber Cove ( Puerto Plata) He was fantastic with constant communication even with my constant questions! LOL He and his daughter gave me and my family a fantastic day and went over and beyond what we were expecting. It was a jammed packed fantastic day loaded with tons of information, sightseeing, food, tons of pictures ( that Barney and his daughter took and sent to us for free that night) shopping and of course monkeys! Monkey Home was fantastic and so much fun! We could not have picked a better tour guide. This was by far our favorite port thanks to Barney. He’s not just a wonderful tour guide he’s truly a wonderful person! You will never find a better tour guide than Barney!

5.00Barney was amazing!! We had the best time and the experience was amazing. We learned about the city and was able to take so many pictures and absorb the atmosphere and culture without being rushed. It was just our private group and that made the experience even better. Barney did everything from holding our bags to helping us in and out of the van!! A true gentleman. The folks over there are so nice and honest. I had bought some jewelry from one of the shops and I was overcharged. I had not idea as all of their receipts and prices are in Pesos. So I didn’t pay much attention to it. So we went to a different store and while there Barney gives me $20 back and says the store overcharged me by mistake and wanted to give me back the difference. I was so shocked and grateful and asked. Barney to please tell them thank you for me. He got them on the phone so that I could thank them personally. Where else would you get treatment like that especially in this day and time. The beach part was amazing and beautiful as well. And it was on the same beach that Carnival and other large name cruises have excursions on as well. Very much worth every penny and more! Thank you Barney for an amazing experience!!
