2.00I booked for 11. I was told that means we would be at capacity i said ok that's fine. 8 of my people were in one terminal and 3 right in the next terminal over. Their flight had landed early and they had their bags. The driver refused to go pick them up. Then told me he would go for $50. I only paid $78 for the whole ride why would I give you $50 to go 1 terminal over. He wanted to go back and forth until I finally said just drop off sir the other 3 will catch an Uber. The van was clean and ac blowing though.

5.00One of best car services we have ever used. Starting with Mariana in the office who helped with all our arrangements & questions, to helping us figure out what to do while on the island, to Harold and Gabriel who gave us the tour. Everything was wonderful. They were very knowledgeable of the island, friendly and personable. We were a family of six which included an 8 y.o/3 y.o & 1 y.o. They made us feel welcomed and like family. Answered all questions and very helpful. The tour was catered to our needs especially the kids. Everyone felt included and walked away with so much knowledge. It was very interactive and fun. Would definitely recommend this to everyone and we will most definitely used them again on our next trip. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable. They offer many services as well outside of tours and airport pickup/drop off.

Private tour/transportation around the Yunque forest and local food spots. Joseph was an incredible driver and guide.

5.00Joseph was an incredible driver and guide. He was able to get us into locations we could never have gotten to alone. He was very happy and a pleasure to talk to throughout the day, giving great history tidbits and fun facts about the island and the culture. He gave great recommendations throughout the day and for the rest of our stay. In conclusion, Joseph was top tier. If you are looking for a way around the island, but not wanting to be on a tour bus or feel rushed 100 percent recommend this company. Be sure to ask for Joseph.
