During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.

For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash

Please bring your own umbrella or raincoat in case of rain, as the tour will proceed as scheduled, even in wet weather conditions

It’s a pleasant journey and our tourist guide MC told us all the history about these counties we passed though, he is a humorous person, for which we enjoyed the trip a lot.

Our Putrajaya tour and boat cruise unfolded like a quiet revelation—a graceful blend of beauty, history, and heartfelt hospitality. Much of the magic we experienced can be credited to our captain, Jayaprakash, fondly known as JB, whose presence transformed a simple journey into a deeply memorable encounter. From the moment we stepped aboard, JB radiated a warmth and light-hearted charm that immediately put every guest at ease. He carried with him not only an infectious sense of humour, but also a sincerity that could be felt in the way he spoke about his country. His knowledge was vast, yet never overwhelming—delivered with such ease and clarity that even the most complex histories felt engaging and alive. JB is the sort of host who makes you feel instantly at ease. Light-hearted yet impressively knowledgeable, he carried an infectious enthusiasm that made every sight more meaningful. JB pointed out the city’s architectural gems—the embassies standing with quiet dignity, the government buildings steeped in significance, and several landmarks whose names now escape me, yet whose stories remain etched in memory because of his vivid explanations. His passion for Malaysia was unmistakable; it coloured every detail he shared and added a rich depth to the scenery around us. JB pointed out the city’s architectural gems—the embassies standing with quiet dignity, the government buildings steeped in significance, and several landmarks whose names now escape me, yet whose stories remain etched in memory because of his vivid explanations. His passion for Malaysia was unmistakable; it coloured every detail he shared and added a rich depth to the scenery around us. Without ever being asked, he became our photographer, videographer, and cheerleader—capturing moments for us with such care that it felt as though he was safeguarding our memories as his own. His gentle humour, thoughtful gestures, and genuine affection for what he does made the entire experience feel personal and wonderfully special. Although we missed having him with us on the boat cruise itself, the thought lingered that the experience would have felt even more complete had he been the one narrating its history on the water as well. Yet, in truth, he had already given us a rich understanding during our leisurely walk through the boulevards and during our drive around the city. The tour was more than a sightseeing trip—it was a glimpse into Malaysia’s pride, elegance, and cultural soul, all woven together by a guide who exemplifies the very best of hospitality. JB is not merely a captain; he is an ambassador of joy, knowledge, and kindness.

The tour cost was just right, not too expensive, not too cheap. The Pink Mosque and the Prime Minister’s Office are truly stunning, with beautiful architectural details that we loved. Our guide/driver, UK, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and he kept us entertained throughout the trip.

Chandran was my guide/driver, good comms about the tour beforehand, only 3 of us in mini van. Good driver, told us info and directed is to where to go. Mosque visit, boat trip, hour free time and then drive back to KL. More of a driver than guide in way but you can do bits on your own anyway. Boat trip did have some commentary. Really enjoyable well organised trip.

Our English speaking guide Chandran was interactive, friendly and very knowledgeable. He organized the entire group very well. The river cruise was good and the bridges looked beautiful. The pink mosque was the highlight. Overall - a great experience! 5/5
