During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Please arrive in the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15 min before scheduled departure time.
As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash
Please bring your own umbrella or raincoat in case of rain, as the tour will proceed as scheduled, even in wet weather conditions

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

4.00Very well organized and very interesting tour, with lots of historical facts. It’s an activity I highly recommend when visiting Malaysia. The mosque is incredible, and the city is beautiful, spacious, clean, and modern while still feeling truly Malaysian. However, we were traveling with children and the tour was timed down to the minute, which could be quite stressful. Children need bathroom breaks, and sometimes the queues are very long. Unfortunately, being late is not an option, as you risk not being able to catch up with the group, which added to the stress. Overall, it was a very good experience.

4.00Putrajaya is a wonderful place. Clean and grand for an administrative district. Think DC but without the traffic and chaos. Hard to travel around if without private transportation. Our guide, MC, is excellent and very informative. He is very helpful and answers all your questions.

The highlight was visiting Masjid Putra, which is absolutely stunning with its pink domes and beautiful lakeside setting. We had ample time for photos and to appreciate the architecture. The river cruise on Tasik Putrajaya was calm and scenic, offering lovely views of Putrajaya’s bridges and government buildings, a great way to see the city from a different perspective. The boat ride was smooth and relaxing. Transportation was comfortable, and the tour was well organised, making it suitable for families and first-time visitors. Overall, it’s a great short getaway from Kuala Lumpur and highly recommended if you want a stress-free introduction to Putrajaya. Our guide, Chandran, truly made the Putrajaya half-day tour a wonderful experience.
