1.00Terrible, the Qasr Al Waton was closed that day, we’re spending lot of time trying to get the actual entry tickets ,24 hours the day before . We Contacted Viator booking office and called AMANI TOURISM AND TRAVEL LLC. No one contacted us back about the Qasr Al Waton was closed on that day, Mar 27, 23. Very disappointing for how they handled the business. Please issue a refund to my original payment account.
