5.00We were met at the cruise port by our driver Augustus. He was an excellent driver and guide. We managed to get off the ship early, he was waiting with pur name in large letters. He took us to his car which was very clean and very good condition. On the way to white water rafting he told us all about his country, pointed out places of interest. It took about 1.20 to get to the rafting. We waited for others to arrive then were taken to the rafts. There was a little walk to get to the rafts. My partner and i had a raft to ourselfs. We were on the river just over an hour. It was a really good adrenaline rush. Half way down we had to exit the rafts and walk a little as the rapids were very big. We then had the chance to either jump of a rock about 20 ft up or climb down a ladder. I did the ladder but would have chosen the jump if I had known how hard the ladder was 🙈. During the rafting one of the guides took lots of videos photos and air dropped them to us at the end at no cost. When we arrived back we were greeted with a beautiful lunch with bottles of water. We had rice, chicken drumstick. Fried potatoes and corn and prawn fritters. With a chilly sauce it wa a delicious. I highly recommend this tour but be prepared for a little walking and getting in and out of the raft, wasn’t easy for us oldies lol.

5.00This was a great choice for our last day in Lombok. The guys on the boats make sure you are safe leaving you free to enjoy the thrills of the river. You can even jump off the cliffs into the river if you are brave enough. They took photos all the way round and then send them to you using WhatsApp so no charge. The morning was completed by a tasty and freshly cooked lunch. Finally, thank you to our lovely driver Andy who picked us up on time and returned us safely to our hotel. His English was excellent and we were able to learn more about Lombok and Indonesia. Perfect trip. Genuine 5 stars.

5.00Such a fun activity! We booked the night before and the owner replied and had organised our pickup for next morning. All the staff were so lovely and kind. Rafting was so fun, jumping off cliffs and swimming around. Lunch afterwards was also very nice! Would definitely recommend!!

5.00We had an amazing experience, our guide gave us so much information about Lombok and the environment. We were so impressed with the sheer skill of our guides that went with us in the raft, they really made the experience so amazing. Joking around, taking our pictures and videos, just good vibes all around. Would really recommend the experience to everyone, it's worth every penny!

5.00Wonderful experience while at a cruise stop at Lembar Lombok. Great unexpected family experience while in Indonesia. The tour guides were very attentive and always kept us safe. We even went cliff diving into the river. They took pictures and videos of the whole experience, which was a big plus don’t think twice. They were also very aware of time limits regarding on board cruise rules.

5.00I was a bit hesitant when I booked this tour as there were only 4 reviews posted at the time of booking it. After booking it and doing it, I can confidently say that you can book this tour with confidence as it was worth it! There was a slight hiccup on pickup where no driver contacted me or arrived at 7:30 a.m. (the booked time). I contacted the operator and they quickly replied that our assigned driver would come at 9 a.m. My wife and I were not too fussed as it gave us more time to enjoy our resort so it worked out. The driver arrived before 9 and apologized for the miscommunication. He drove us to the rafting spot and we proceeded to wear safety helmets and life jackets. We walked down to the rafting spot and then waited for around 30 - 40 minutes as the electricity cut out and they had to use a power generator to inflate the rafting boats. Once they came down with the rafting boats, they placed them in the river and we hopped on. It was a fun experience and there were lots of adrenaline and excitement the whole trip. Afterward, lunch was served and it was amazing! I was a bit skeptical about the food but after trying it, I can say it was delicious. Some points to take into consideration for this tour: - This tour was not as long as advertised. I think in total it took 4 - 5 hours including the commute. You might want to have some other plans afterward to enjoy more of your day. - There were a lot of rocks and some stops while rafting as the rafting boat would get stuck on some rocks. That is because the water levels were lower than normal as the water levels were higher after the rainy season. - Make sure to confirm that the driver is assigned the day before the tour to avoid miscommunications like us. Contact the operator as they were friendly and nice to work with. - Download WhatsApp as most tours in Indonesia use WhatsApp as their method of communication with you. Overall I would do this tour again and I would recommend all considering it, to do it as it was a lot of fun :)

5.00We was picked up 8.30 by our driver Andy, spoke amazing english and very whitty!.. he advised on places to go and what places we were passing. We got to the raft office and was given some fried bananas which was suprising nice, but couldnt eat them all as we had just had breakfat at the hotel. We then got in the van to the rafting point were our instructors run through everything. We also stopped part way down river to jump off a 3m cliff which seemed higher when up there. Our tour looked after us all the way through. Very friendly nice people. We got back to the raft office about 1hr.30 after and had dinner, we had lovely food and drink provided, toilets available to change of you want to. Then after food we was took back to our hotel. Cant thank them enjoy for auch an enjoyable day and lovely company!! Would advise to go on this tour!!👍🏼👍🏼
