Rainforest Zipline in Foothills of the National Rainforest

Riders zip through the upper canopy of the trees using a cable and a safety rope, witnessing the stunning rainforest scenery all around. Participants will depart and arrive at platforms available on each section. A member of the zipline staff will make your line change on each platform. This approximately 2 hour experience includes associated fitted and secured hardware and harnesses, checked by the zipline Staff.

Minimum age is 8 years (legal document will be signed)
Weight maximum limit is 250 pounds (113 kg). All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking.
Should not participate if: pregnant, under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or if you have severe health conditions
What to wear: Pants or leggings (short or long), close shoes (sneakers, hiking shoes), if long hair use a low bun or pony tail.
What NOT to wear: Bathing suits, sandals, water shoes or skirts.
Paticipants must arive at the park (at least) 20-15 minutes before their resevation time for check-in.
Time grace (to be late) is 10-15 minutes the most after your tour begins.
What To Expect
You will enjoy eight lines, starting at basic lines and gradually increasing in length and height. The last two are the longest in the Eastern area of Puerto Rico.

2.007 zip lines, these were pretty fun. There were 2 lines that were 2000ft or longer so those were the best with great views of the nearby area. I would’ve given this a 4 stars but I had a really poor experience with a single staff member. Right at the beginning when I was getting my gear I couldn’t understand what one of the guides was saying when trying to equip my harness. I’m pretty patient so I was waiting for him to explain it more clearly so I could put the harness on correctly. The guide helping me put the harness on was not patient. He raised his voice and said “listen listen here here you’re not listening” and then he had a tantrum in the middle of the room because he got up and stopped helping me, sighed, and I put the harness on myself. All that ruckus because I wasn’t sure where to put my foot in the harness. Honestly it was pretty unprofessional and one of the other staff came and apologized to me for the other members’ actions. It’s a shame because the rest of the staff were much nicer and patient and I tried not to let it ruin my experience but I hope management addresses the issue.

5.00The staff are so kind and helpful - one day we got rained out and we had an easy time rebooking for the next day. I appreciate how thoughtful they all are with kids, too. Highly recommend you book with this lovely organization.

1.00They photo copy ur drivers liscense which is completely unnecessary. I expressed my discomfort with that but they refused to do anything about it. They didnt tell me before they did it or I would not have agreed to it. I certainly would not have booked it if I had known prior. Also not worth the money it says 8 lines but only 2 of those were actually worth while and lasted about 10 minutes.

5.00Family operated , friendly professional courteous staff, that always put the safety of the patrons first! Make sure you do some stair climbing before participating because it’s a definite thigh workout, but you won’t be rushed! If you reserve event by credit card you will be required to give a picture copy of your ID or pay cash!!! Otherwise it is worth it!!! I suggest the 1pm spot, the weather was GREAT!!! You can use “Go Pro” or personal video cameras as well as non participants can video!!!
