5.00Francesco did a great job! He was friendly, courteous and did everything he could, to make sure we got to our water taxi transfer in Venice without issues. I would highly recommend this option for an after cruise pick up! The vehicle we traveled in was spotless and Francesco communicated with us about pick arrival time at the cruise terminal in Ravenna.
