What To Expect

Francesco did a great job! He was friendly, courteous and did everything he could, to make sure we got to our water taxi transfer in Venice without issues. I would highly recommend this option for an after cruise pick up! The vehicle we traveled in was spotless and Francesco communicated with us about pick arrival time at the cruise terminal in Ravenna.

The van driver was good but the water taxi dumped us off with lots of luggage and not close to the hotel and with no direction to the hotel. Thank goodness a nice tour guide led us to our hotel. She was a local and could not believe he had dropped us where he did.
