5.00Wow! Is the word to sum up the amazing experience we had on the Andea Explora E-Bike MTB tour in Santiago. From the booking process Matias was maticiculous in making sure everything was perfect. Especially as we were on vacation from Australia We were picked up by one of the best tour guides we have ever met, Frank! He picked us up straight from our hotel and took us out to the incredible bike park not too far from the city. Even on the journey to the bike park, he took the time to explain the way of life as a Chilean, the sites we were seeing on the way and great knowledge of Santiago. We were measured up and given all the best, top quality protective gear and of course top of the line E-Bikes. Frank took his time to understand our skill level, and gave us so many tips and guidance to get the most out of the day. Throughout the whole journey we could not stop smiling and enjoying the scenary and the whole experience! Frank made sure he ran us through each run and we felt like Frank was our good friend by the end of it all! Highly recommend Andes Explora and cannot wait to try some more tours in other parts of Chile Thank you to Frank and Matias for making the trip extremely memorable!

5.00Great day out riding. The Levo was much appreciated on the long climbs, descended like a demon too. Matias went above and beyond helping me, from answering questions to actually getting in the location to get the bike. Absolutely will be back.

5.00This was an amazing experience with breathtaking views. The bike park is killer and suited for riders of all abilities. Those newer to riding will be thrilled on the greens as they flow through berms and learn to jump on small jumps; it’s the other hand advanced riders frequently have the opportunity to send it, as well as some very spicy double blacks with a pro jump line. I’m coming back for sure. This was the first time I’ve been to a park that didn’t have a shuttle or lift, strictly “pay to play” and you have to earn your down hill runs. It’s about 1,000 ft of climbing to the top, so I highly recommend E-Bikes to maximize your fun. Running full boost will last the 3hrs, is about 4 runs and you’ll still get a serious work out. Our driver Juan is one of the main reasons I want to come back. He was friendly and willing to help out in anyway possible, gave beneficial pointers about the park, and all around great guy who also gives the guided tours. He is the reason I am even taking the time to write this review. When I initially booked, I had the impression that each package has a tour. This is not the case. Choice A is a guided ride and Choice B is only E-Bike rental (we had Turbo Levano’s), bike park access and transportation to and from Santiago. Either way, if you want views, laughs, smiles, and a real MTB ride in Chile, this “tour” package is AMAZING and well worth it. E-Bike rentals in the USA can go for $140 a day, and the transportation alone is worth half the price of the tour. Book now and you’ll see for yourself!

5.00Fabulous experience! Very nice fellow D6-gorgeous scenery and the best e-bikes on the planet- the turbo Levo full suspension! Do not go if you are not an experienced mountain biker! Ebike or not it is challenging terrain up and down. Very well run facilities! This is a 6 star experience!

5.00First off, this was an incredible experience! Just a detail to note, I was under the impression that it was an instructor-led mountain bike tour given some other reviews. It is not. You get picked up at your hotel and driven to the mountain bike park. They set you up for success with quality e-bikes, and everything you need to mountain bike on your own. You get 3 hours to enjoy the mountain bike park, and then they pick you up the entrance. Overall, great experience, lots of challenging trails with breathtaking views.

3.00This mountain biking adventure was a bit much for my wife and a few others. In fact, my wife fell coming down the “easy” trail and broke her wrist. That said, the tour operators were extremely helpful and very professional (particularly Nicolas) to help us to the hospital. To be clear, this is a great day for those who are experienced riding mountain bikes! My only advice for Viator and the operator is to adjust their marketing and description of this adventure by suggesting that riders have some level of mountain bike experience…this is not a simple bike ride; it requires strength, stamina and down hill dirt bike riding skills (even on the “easy green trails” with e-bikes).
