Cruise along the peaceful Riga Canal and the wide Daugava River, passing under 19 of Riga’s bridges. Take amazing photos of famous sights like the Freedom Monument, Riga Central Market (a UNESCO World Heritage site), and the National Opera.
This offer is available at a special price, as the boat tour is combined either with an Old Riga audio guide, allowing you to explore the Old Town on your own, or with a walking tour together with a professional guide.
If you have booked the boat tour + walking tour, please note that advance reservation for the walking tour is recommended. The tours are available at the following times:
German (1h): Tuesday–Saturday at 10:00
English (1.5h): daily at 11:00 and 17:00
Spanish (1h): Sunday & Monday at 10:00; Tuesday, Friday & Saturday at 17:00

No baby seats available. Parents will need to hold their babies in their arms. However, we offer the possibility to leave strollers at our pier (the boat starts and ends at the same place).

5.00An absolutely wonderful experience and one of the highlights of our time in Riga. The boat tour offered a beautiful and relaxing perspective of the city, allowing us to see Riga from the water while enjoying a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The views along the river were stunning, especially passing historic buildings, green riverbanks, and charming bridges that you simply cannot appreciate in the same way from land. The boat was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall organization was excellent. Everything ran smoothly and on time, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The crew was professional, friendly, and welcoming, always happy to help and ensuring that everyone felt comfortable throughout the journey. This tour is a perfect way to slow down, take great photos, and truly absorb the beauty of Riga from a unique angle. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city—whether it’s your first time or a return visit. It is well worth it and offers fantastic value for money.

4.00A unique and relaxing way to see parts of Riga! The tour takes place on a charming old wooden canal boat and lasts almost an hour. On boarding, we were offered a choice of water, soft drink, beer, or sparkling wine, which was a nice touch. The ride itself was leisurely and peaceful—perfect for soaking in the views. Do bring warm clothes if the weather’s cool, as the boat is not fully enclosed. While it would have been even better with some commentary about the sights, it was still excellent value for money. Bonus tip: there’s a great restaurant right beside the boarding jetty for a bite before or after your trip.
